The location was perfect and the stuff super friendly and helpful

Good location. Good stuff. Good bar inside. Good breakfast. 3 star price, 4 star service not 5 ;)

Bathroom is dirty and it is not same like photos.

Good breakfast. Very good location for visiting some main sights in Cairo.

It is incredible that it is allowed to smoke in the hotel cafe and bar in 2023! On a loud street, but no soundproofing. Bathroom could be upgraded, by adding shower curtain, and something to put hand towel on.

J'ai eu une chambre qui n'a rien à voir avec la réservation. Une chambre catégorie suite Deluxe. Y'a rien de suite ni de luxe dans l'affaire : D'abord j'ai eu une chambre plus petite sans lit canapé, ce qui a été dans la description c'était une chambre de 38m avec canapé-lit. Quand j'ai réclamé et crié au scandale, on m'a donné un matelas super sale avec des draps hyper dégueulasses. J'ai préféré dormir par terre. Je ne vous raconte pas la frustration que j'ai senti car on était dans un groupe de trois familles, on a tous fait la même réservation et on a tous payé le même prix. Mais on était les seuls mal logés ! Tout en sachant qu'il y'avait dans le groupe une famille moins nombreuses. Je ne comprends pas comment ils ont fait l'affection. C'est soit par incompétence soit par malveillance pour des raisons que je n'ose pas citer .. mais dans les deux cas c'est juste aberrant et frustrant. Le petit déjeuner est pire. Le café c'est un jus de chaussettes. Même les oeufs bouillis sont ratés !! ( Ils ont tellement bouilli que le jaune est enveloppé d'une couche verdâtre puante). Quand tu demandes quelque chose qui manque dans le restaurant, tu auras droit à un hochement de tête puis de l'indifférence totale. Alors je relance peut-être qu'on a juste oublié... Rien !! Nada ! Toujours le même hochement de tête puis on continue sa vie sans pépin. Conclusion : à faire comme la peste !

The staff absolutely I love it all of them very kind helpful and with a smile, I would like to give a big thanks to cleaner Asmaa she was lovely, to the receptionist mohamed gamal, absolutely gentleman and helpful, the guys of security that I don't have names but help out in a moment that I really needed... all of them makes me feel safe in the hotel and very welcomed. In another things I liked well recepción is very nice and have a restaurant just on side, was very silent and comfortable to sleep.

Is more a recommendation because I like all, the shower part can be divided so is not going to get all wet when you take a shower and the room in the bed side a bit more of illumination. That's all the rest was perfect.
