I like the 15th Floor lounge/restaurant. All the staffs are very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the service and food there.

Beautiful and extra clean, with a helpful staff. There is plenty of restaurants and shops all around, and the metro station connects you with the city center and both the airports.

It takes quite some time to reach the city center with public transports. The breakfast is excellent, but also expensive.

Breakfast is too expensive. There are needed bidet spray at all toilet. Now very poor thing about customer.

The room was spacious and it had a bathtub. It was very clean and well-maintained with an amazing view. It was very comfortable overall.

The food could've been better - luckily, there was plenty of choice around the hotel, both local and Western food.

Great location for an early flight at Gimpo. Staff went out of their way to advise us about tteokboki restaurant, which turned out to be a highlight of our Korea trip.very comfortable beds.

In a business area

Very good location: easy to get from either of airports and easy to get to the city center. Metro is super efficient. Botanical garden is very nice. Surrounding area is full of restaurants, cafe and grocery stores.

On-sight restaurant (buffet) was quite crowded.

+location - short walk to Line 9 and Airport Railroad, view of Seoul Botanic Park and LG Arts Center +lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. +cleaning staff were great +reception staff spoke good english and were professional. Mostly males were check in staff and females helped with luggage storage and greeting + robot convenience store delivery. Very high tech korean style

-the room was uncomfortably hot. The room temp is always 24-26°C despite setting the AC to 18°C. Reported daily to the staff but it never got fixed. The engineer did nothing but use a thermometer to show us that the air coming from the vent was 16°C. Most likely due to the room design. The room had a botanic park view. Strong sunlight and no window treatment/tint that could block UV probably. Can't imagine what it would be like during summer. Stayed in Spring where outdoor temps were 12-17°C. And we were in a room with summer temps because the AC couldnt cool the entire room. - at nighttime the room had ambient temperature but not comfortable if you sleep under the duvets. So we slept without blankets to keep cool. - normal toilet / WC with no bidet. (Not japanese style toilet) -probably expected more from a hotel chain but got disappointed.

Close to LG compound and many restaurants. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious room. Nice fitness center, friendly staff.

Fitness center only in Korean, so a little tricky to start the equipment.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the room is spacious and so clean! The staff are all nice and helpful. Check-in/out was a breeze. The king size bed is so comfy, with fresh linens everyday and there's a couch that could also serve as a bed. They were also able to provide a crib for my baby and they helped us with sterilizing my baby's feeding bottle in their kitchen. Thank you, Courtyard! :) The location was also good - quiet neighborhood with a nearby commercial area with lots of restaurants/convenience store, etc. We did not mind that its location is far from the city center because the Magong Naru AREX station is just a few meters away, and it was just a one train ride going to/from the Incheon International Airport.

I just wish they had a toilet bidet :)
