Actually this property is not a hotel, it have lodge type rooms . No any facility provided by the owner .But rent is so high .....

The location is excellent.
The vehicular approach to the Hotel stops at public parking which is about 500m away from the hotel. The staff refused to bring the luggage from parking. Also there's no parking at Hotel. Such information should be available during booking of the hotel.

Sanjay arranged for us the car to the fall and the train station.
He waited for us with cold water which is critical in hot humid rishkesh.
Air condition was cool and rooms were very clean.

The cleanliness,the location the staff ,the comfort of the bed and lenins all good and value for the money.The whole family was overall satisfied with the stay.
There are no noticable points of dislike...except one thing which only I (alone) noticed and sensed on hooming noise was coming out from the telecom tower located nearby ..throughout the silence of the night..rest nothing particular point of dislike.

Brilliant location just at Ram Jhula. Walkable distance (5 to 10 mims) to quick eating, many Ashrams, Ganga Arti. 30 minutes walk to Laxman Jhula & Tapovan, if you want to explore more
The downside of the central location is traffic noise. Since it was a very low season, that was not much of hassle this time, but it could be a downside in more normal times
