I didn't take breakfast with booking. The location is good

So far all ok. But after did housekeeping never provide towels. Still need to wait for trowels 2 to 3hrs even call reception.

sheets had poop like brown stains in them

The facilities are good and the price is good value for money. The location is also very good as it is close to restaurants and malls. The spa inside the hotel, Borneo Oasis, was also really good! My friend and I got the aromatherapy massage and it was heavenly!

They only gave 1 towel per guest

the curtains are not wide or thick material enough to block of the sunlight. we were facing the sea and it was super bright at 7+am and woken up by the strong light. Sound of dripping water in the drainage system although we ensured no visible dripping of water - hard to fall asleep. swimming pool very very small. pillow cases were dirty as I had outbreak on my face (I don’t have outbreaks) the next day as I lie on the pillows face down when I sleep. my friend’s room - the filtrate water dispenser wasn’t working well or something - the taste of the water was very alkaline.

THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT WAS VERY SMOOTH AND FAST. GOOD WIFI, CONNECTED WITHOUT ID AND PASSWORD REQUIRED. THE SIZE OF ROOM IS GOOD, MUCH SPACE FOR PRAYING. MANY CHANNEL ON TV, NETFLIX IS INCLUDED TOO. COMFY BED AND PILLOWS. EATING PLACE IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

TOWEL Crisis. request extra towel on day 1 but the reception told us no extra towel till year end. we use the same towels again on day2 which I never experience with other hotels.
