Von den acht Hotels unseres Japan-Aufenthalts war es das Beste. Das Hotel erfüllt sämtliche Erwartungen, hat eine perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Nishiki Market, ist ruhig gelegen, hat gut geschnittene und schön gestaltete Zimmer und es sind sehr herzliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption um das Wohlergehen bemüht. Wir haben sogar zwei große Koffer auf dem Boden geöffnet unterbringen können, was in Japan eine große Herausforderung ist. Restaurants, Cafés, Conveniance-Stores und Busstation in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen waren vorhanden und sehr nützlich. Auf Wunsch wurden Tischreservierungen vorgenommen, was sich als günstig erweist, wenn man sich nur auf englisch verständigt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We loved everything! The staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and bars and easy walk to Gion and train station. And the room was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location was outstanding, just a short walk to the lively Nashiki Market and bus/train routes. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was charming.

There’s nothing negative about this hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. This was one of our favorite hotels and it was the most spacious hotel we stayed in during our two week trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to several local attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Exceptionally clean

The location is unbeatable - 2mins walk from Nishiki market. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. The room is well appointed, amenities are of high quality. I love the Nespresso coffee and fresh croissants every morning!

The WiFi was rather weak in my room.

距離錦市場非常近，超商也只要5分鐘 走到鬧區的百貨，地鐵距離也不會太遠 飯店的位置是巷子內，喜歡寧靜的氛圍 備品給的很足，29寸的行李箱也可以攤平 早餐還有附可頌麵包，超暖心的！

因為被安排在電梯門前的房間，所以聽到外面拖行李和談話的聲音，但不致於影響到睡眠，因為棟距非常近，雖然有對外窗但看不到什麼風景，不過天氣太冷也就沒開窗，所以也就沒關係了。
