Location value and clean

Not a thing

I got to my room and there was no flip over lock at the top. It was broken in half there was urine on the toilet seat. There’s black mold in the fans in the bathroom and there’s no cover on it so you can see it. Vanity has two out of four lightbulbs, there is something sprayed all over the ceiling, like pop, or some thing, the desk hadn’t been wiped off. There was food on it still and it smells bad in here. I went to the night manager and asked him if I could have a different room because I am a female by myself and I didn’t feel safe in this room and he told me it would be fine. Just lock the deadbolt at the bottom, so I went through and wipe down all of the bathroom and cleaned it myself wiped off the desk so I did not sleep good because of the door

Location was nice. Internet was decent.

Beds were too hard and linens too thin. Walls and curtains were dirty. Fan unit made annoying sound and made it difficult to sleep. Thin walls. Towels were thin and worn.

The bed was giant and super comfortable. We slept great.

Price was great. Location too. Very impressive. Rooms were great too. Was there as I travelled to Riverton , Utah . Liked it so much on my return trip stayed there again .

Lack of easy access to rooms on second floor for Handicapped. Both times I stayed no rooms available on ground floor . Had just steps to second floor . Kind of hard for handicap or senior citizens. Other than that I loved it there.

At last signing dropping $100 deposit fee and at no warning 👎. My only complaint.

It said on the add that there was breakfast served... no breakfast to be seen. Also-- tried to call the office both in the evening and morning-- no response. No one in the office at 8:00 a.m. even though the course said it was open from 7:00 am.

Laid back and quiet atmosphere.

Housekeeping not being consistent with cleaning my room and placing clean towels in my room. Housekeeping on came to my room once and that was the second day I was at the Claridge Inn.
