I loved the cleanliness, the bar area is beautiful

the furniture is a bit old, my blind couldn’t close down. The fact that there was no mini bar, telephone to contact reception, i ended up wearing a creased dress because there was no phone to for me to contact house keeping.

I had a great stay . The breakfast was good. However, there was a limited choice of cereals

firstly the location, I was under the impression it was in Waterfront as it said on booking, the rooms,no bar fridge and their breakfast they don’t cater for people who don’t eat pork.

The room and breakfast were perfect. The room was cozy and clean, and breakfast did meet my expectation.

However, I did order for dinner which was Ribs and mash potatoes. The ribs were not as I had expected. Infact they were really bad. I think the chef can do better on meals outside breakfast.

I come often to the hotel, which is a possible feedback, however the hotel is starting to look tired in many regards.

The hotel is presenting various items that need review, some of the areas are tired, the showers in general present problems. The breakfast is very average.

Lovely atmosphere, excellent Manager and pleasant restaurant staff. Breakfast was exceptional.

The location of this hotel is very close to the popular V&A waterfront area (about a ten minute, easy walk), in what is known as the SILO area. There are many restaurants, shops and a huge, modern mall in this area. Lots to see and do. Hop-On bus is very nearby as is the cruise terminal. Cabs or Uber from the cruise terminal (needed if you have luggage), is less than $10. The restaurant is a good place for lunch with good light eats. The WiFi is very good (consistent and strong).

The rooms have no telephones (you need to use your phone to reach the front desk or go down there). There are no closets, just hanging for short clothing). The lower floor rooms have views blocked by nearby buildings which make tv reception sketchy. This is a a three to four star hotel only, but decent. The breakfast ”buffet” is really poor. Very limited choices and almost nothing to eat if you don’t eat pork. However, the restaurant staff was really friendly and accommodating.
