They let us sleep in the lobby when we arrived in the middle of the night and there was no room available :)

Toilet seat is way too high !!! And toilet flush does not work properly,

Dirty sun loungers (bird faeces) never cleaned during our stay
Really need umbrellas at the swimming pool (the sun is very strong in January)
Please do not wake up clients at 9AM to ask them if they want breakfast (nice thought but please refrain)

Everything was perfect. Very clean, good breakfast, staff very good, clean swimming pool, extremely close to the main beach was a big bonus! Comfy bed, hot water

Breakfast could be better. More traditional Kerala foods.

The staff were the best part, they were extremely attentive and always happy to help. The facilities were great with a good size swimming pool, a large gym with a good number of free weights, in-house massage facilities. Location was great, very close to all the shops, restaurants and the beach.
Housekeeping sometimes came at inconvenient times late in the afternoon, frustrating when we’ve been out of the room for a good few hours already.

Modern and attractive and perfect position in Varkala near the beach/heliport
Not much to complain about really. The breakfast buffet is better than last year. More variety in the morning curries please.

It’s a great hotel, decorated very nicely, with an extremely comfortable bed and soft pillows! Breakfast was good. It was great to have the pool given the beaches were closed to swimming. The hotel is a really short walk from the cliffs.
Relaxing by the pool is a bit difficult given the hotel is on two tight corners…. Meaning literally every car honks as it drives past. There is no sea view from most of the rooms.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It is very close to the beach as well. The staffs were very good especially Praveen who helped us in a smooth airport transfers , he also told us about the nearest tourist attractions and gave few contacts of people who helped me to visit the places.

The property was in a great location, staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was nice with quite a bit of choice including fresh omelettes if you wish to have. The rooms are very comfortable with lovely beds & bedding and hotel also has a lovely pool too. Rooms are very clean and all have air conditioning I would definitely stay here again

The location is probably the best in Varkala in my opinion, and the staff make the experience that little bit more than just a stay. Highly recommend.
