The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Very homely and comfortable . Nice food.. even if very limited options. Prompt service by the staff. Felt safe for a solo lady traveller. Also liked the location and easy availability of Uber Ola cabs.
The room I got was a bit sunlight deprived . The intercom system didn’t work much , but I’m told they’re in the process of replacing it with a new one.

They had me pre Check in the day before and have my passport details. upon arrival they denied me my accommodation because they said they don’t take foreigners. we were left for hours looking for available rooms and it was very traumatic

A HORRIBLE HOTEL EVER WE SEEN. NO WATER SUPPLY IN BATHROOMS, NO BREAKFAST SERVED BUT IT WAS COMPLIMENTARY AND INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE. HOTEL STAFF ARE NON COOPERATIVE

Booking method was quick and easy but the end result was disappointing.
I reached the property and was told that there was just one room available and that is booked by someone else and most shocking was that they checked on the system and confirmed that the hotel has not received any booking from booking.com

Room was good. Everything worked (AC lights washroom) fine. Cleanly. Also good food.
Fan made little noise but made little difference in an air condioned room.
