We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was almost identical to our home , same logs. We will definitely stay again.

(Helpful hint if you plan to enjoy adult beverages…be sure to bring them with you or expect to drive 40+ minutes to buy it. Pike County is dry. We made the error of thinking we could just buy beer/wine nearby when we arrived.)

We had a very relaxing time with with friends and family! The cabin was very spacious and clean! Loved the wrap around porch and sitting and listening to the river. Will definitely stay again if we go back to Murphysboro.

I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates and requested a change because we were making a special trip for my wife's birthday. They quickly fixed our booking (thankfully they were still available). We arrived late the first night and there was a birthday card, balloons, drinks, and cupcakes waiting for us on the dining table! The place was incredibly peaceful and we spent most of our time there on the wraparound porch or down on the covered deck down by the water. The cabin also comes fully equipped with all the items you will need if you plan on going to the Crater of Diamonds park nearby, which was a fantastic amenity we were unaware of! Cell service was barely available (Verizon) and there is no wi-fi on the property, but we were so busy relaxing, we barely even noticed we were going without. We will definitely be back in the future!

This cabin was immaculate. The view was breathtaking, and we so enjoyed our time here.

Such a great experience! We had all ages with us and more than enough to keep everyone entertained. The views were breathtaking! Everything was clean and we are already planning to return in the summer!

We loved our stay, beautiful, right next to the river, fishing, saw eagles, a family of deers, hung out on the porch facing the river, told scary stories. Fun fun for all ages.

This is a wonderful place. It is beautiful, clean, comfortable and peaceful. If we're ever back in the area we would definitely stay there again.

My family, including my husband, 2 children and parents, and I spent fall break here. We saw deer in the yard and loved sitting on the porch watching the river. The cabin is very spacious and well supplied. It was perfect for our family and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time. We took our boat and stayed on lake greeson all day for the weekend. The house was perfect even tho we didn't stay in it much. The cabin was nestled in the woods on the river which we loved. We did have to navigate and drive slow down the road and driveway with our boat but other than that it was perfect.
