We checked in and only stayed 20- minutes max… house was not up to par… mold out around hot tub which was covered with foam board and we was asked to keep water full.. we was asked to wash our sheets before leaving and put back on bed along with washing our towels and folding.. water hose was hooked to hot water tank, running to hot tub.. above washing machine was sheets balled up like they need washing. Outside rail leading into house was very unsafe.. we just could not stay.. dropped ice on floor, when we wiped up the paper towel was literally BLACK.. First time using VRBO and probably my last.. my experience was awful

We had an absolutely amazing time. We loved the "at-home" feel of the cabin. Its so nice and quiet. The heart-shaped tub was amazing. The cabin was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. The pictures that is posted does not do the cabin justice. Its so much prettier in person. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a sweet romantic little cabin. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much nice little get away close to home for some r and r. Will book again.

Beautiful cabin, clean and comfortable, property manager left notes on everything that we needed to know about like hot tub, tvs, Resturants and more. Nice quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would definitely stay there again..

We enjoyed our time away. We were grateful for the price and location being close to the park! I would recommend following personal directions to cabin, since GPS will take you to the wrong location.

Totally relaxing weekend. Hot tub was awesome, especially with the nice breeze blowing, Cabin was nice and perfect for 2. The back porch was spacious and we loved watching the deer in the morning and evening walking through the woods just off the porch. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Everything was as described. We enjoyed the quiet and the slow pace. The hot tub was exactly what “the doctor ordered.” We certainly recommend this place for a couple’s getaway.

This cozy one bedroom cottage was just what the doctor ordered for me, my husband, and our doodle Dolly Myrl. Close to the falls for a great outing, but also enjoyed the hot tub and cozy living area for a peaceful retreat. Will definitely go back in the future.

We found this little cabin looking for another option to traveling with dogs instead of hotel rooms. This cabin was perfect for a halfway point to West Virginia from Louisiana. It was peaceful and we saw several deer come through in the evening. We stayed one night in Mystic Hideaway and then return trip in Enchanted next door. We look forward to planning next year trip with these cabins. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this cabin. It was just as amazing as the first time. I love it it is so cozy and such a sweet little getaway from everyday life. We always feel so refreshed when we leave this cabin. It is going to be our go-to weekend get away

Nice looking cabin BUT handrails unsafe going up to the front door, (liability issue) not landscaped like picture shows, older mattress in bedroom, shower was dirty, shower curtain was moldy, cabin seems run down in need of repairs, not the standard of cleanliness I’m used to with other VRBO rentals- (you get what you pay for) and it’s good for folks who can’t afford the cleaning fee (owners clean it) coffee maker was dirty (had to run the parts through the dishwasher) and all sorts of handwritten notes for renters to do things the owners should be doing. Hot tub cover broken, owners asking renters to put water in the tub on a daily basis. Yard had lots of dead brush laying around.

Everything was as advertised, not fancy or luxurious but certainly quaint and convenient to DeSoto park and Mentone. The house was clean and comfortable. The hot tub worked well but some of its jets were not blowing as they should. There was a note about that left by someone, I guess the owner or maintenance person. I would definitely stay again. Plenty of towels and sheets. Shower was a bit small, over 6 foot tall persons can easily get in but need to ben over to get your head washed. Again very good value and very convenient and comfortable.

Nice small cabin thats cozy. Property manager communicated well with me. The bathroom floor that is reviewed was discussed but it didnt make an impact on the stay at all. I was told it scheduled for repair. If you are looking for something cozy its a good stay.

Every thing there was rigged up railing on front porch very wobbly...has a nice big heart shape tub inside but cant use it cause to small of a hot water heater ...back fence around hot tub needs to be pressure washed....cabin looked like the only thing done in between guests is the bed sheets was changed ....hot tub outside had gritty stuff in it ....no chlorine tablets for hot tub was scared to get in it ...if you are going to rent and want people to come back u have to do better up kept anything that was ever broke never got fixed just patched...we rent cabins up there in mentone love to try new ones but this was the worst that we have been in and its a shame cause could be nice

The Mystic Hideway was a perfect 3 day stint to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The host was amazing and so was the cabin and hot tub. Can’t wait to stay again.
