Wenn Sie das Haus betreten, finden Sie Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 auf dieser unteren Ebene sowie ein gemeinsames Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer ist vom Flur und auch direkt vom Schlafzimmer 2 aus zu erreichen. Wenn Sie nach oben gehen, betreten Sie das Wohnzimmer, in dem größere Gruppen und Gewölbedecken Platz finden, wodurch der Raum schön und geräumig wirkt. Es gibt einen Holzofen, einen Fernseher mit DVD-Player und eine Stereoanlage mit Kopfhöreranschluss, die Sie an Ihren Laptop, Ihr Tablet oder Ihr Smartphone anschließen können. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist recht groß und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett sowie ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Jun 2019We rented this house for a long weekend of some fishing on Grand Lake... the property owner was super helpful when we had questions and the house suited our needs great! Awesome location and so close to town... we really enjoyed the fire pit outside... and the dogs loved it too! Saw four moose while up there!

Sep 2019We had a wonderful time. The property was just like the description and pictures. The home was very comfortable and well stocked. The owner/manager was easy to work with. It was very quiet. We appreciated being so close to drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. The only thing I missed was a breath-taking view. The views out the window were of the yard and the surrounding neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing, but not breath-taking. I would definitely stay here again!! A great place.

Dec 2021We had a lovely short stay at this house in a private community just outside of downtown Grand Lake. The house was cozy, charming, perfect for three, and easily could accommodate more. It was both a great jumping off point to explore the surrounding area OR simply stay in to relax.

Jul 2019We all had plenty of room to spread out. Having two bathrooms was a must. We saw some really big moose. It was a nice neighborhood to go walking and enjoy the beautiful lake.

Jul 2021The house was a bit tired on the inside. But you cannot beat the location. The kitchen lacked clean pots and pans, but the home had everything we needed down to spices! It is located in a private subdivision on Columbine Lake. You are not able to use the lake but the walls were lovely.
Keep in mind, Grand Lake has been through so much in the last year. Much of the town burned. It is a sad site to see. Please be patient with restaurants and local businesses. Many are closed On Random days of the week. They can’t find help as it seems many of their tourist season employees came from other countries before CoVid.
This house is just around tue corner from the grand lodge. Beautiful place. Winding creek horse rides and the entrance to RMNP! Just perfect. Thanks so much.

Could have used a bigger pot and a rimmed baking sheet, but otherwise the kitchen had plenty of dishes and the house had everything that we needed. Kids were excited to discover the games in the closet also. Would stay here again!

We didn’t really notice them. There are a lot of trees and it’s very quiet. We encountered 4-5 moose while out on walks. People are very friendly! RMNP is so close! The house was stocked with what we needed. Our family was very comfortable and had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Oct 2021Loved the location of the cabin. Great Lake was a beautiful, little, town that was convenient for food/entertainment and was less than a 5 minute drive away. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Owners/renters were very responsive to questions/concerns. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Nov 2022Great location! It's quiet while also being close to the main road. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it ideal for group stays where everyone can have privacy.

Sep 2019From check in to check out I had nothing but a great experience. This cabin is big and so comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but the cabins are so close to each other. Like right on top of each other. That was my only disappointment in this rental.

Jan 2020Enjoyed our stay here. It is plenty roomy in a nice residential area that is just a few minutes from town and Rocky Mountain NP. The unit has many local thermostats to keep everybody happy with individual temperature controls! Wifi speed was great - over 200Mbps.
A few little things could've made our stay better:
1. Allow the renter to use the garbage disposal.
2. Fix the very dim fluorescent light in the kitchen.
3. Brighter lighting in the dining area.
4. Dishes were nice, but pots and pans were in poor condition.
5. Better instructions about where to take the trash when leaving (we eventually found the info on one of the doors).

Nov 2018Came for Thanksgiving with 5 adults. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen was well equipped. Waffle maker was the best. They have a wood burning stove that kept us plenty warm especially with all the snow we had. Dogs are welcome and the yard was great for them. Walks in the neighborhood were perfect. Short drive into town and had cute stores there. Would come back again and again.
