It is a very unique and nice place to stay at. The room is clean. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Free parking is a bonus as the location is a bit off from the centre. The air-conditioner of our original room was very noisy. They moved us to a suite the next day.

If the room can add vendilation fan in the toilet and a aircon divertor will be great. Not good to get direct aircon blowing to the bed.

Everything..the room..the hotel exactly like the photo provided and as explained in the property details. I read those comments with lowest rating, and I believe they didnt read the details given and lead them to disappointment when their expectation is toooooo high. There’s a bit of sound for the water piping..but its not an issue at all for us, since our purpose of staying is not just staying the room 24 hours. The hotel is superclean during my stay..the room the lobby, parking area etc..hope this review will help others to decide when booking a room here. Its value for money as well..worth what you paid, we stay at the 2 bedroom suites. I will definitely return.

The entire property was very clean and care has been taken with the decor and furnishings. A kettle with tea and coffee is provided. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There is a water filter downstairs which is great for refilling your bottle. The hotel is excellent value for money.

The air conditioner is loud and not very powerful. The bathroom has no window. The duvet is a bit small for two people sharing a double bed.

Very cute as in the pictures, clean and incredibly kind staff. Would stay again, for sure!

The location of it no where really near anything.

- absolutely wonderful staff. They helped us late at night even though I made a mistake for check in. They were also extremely friendly and very helpful. - the decorations and hotel theme are so cute. I thought perhaps the maximalist style would mean there was more dust but it is extremely well cleaned. - they take security very seriously here. I always felt very safe.

- it's not really a walkable distance from most places. But since we were grabbing everywhere anyway, it wasn't too much of an issue for us.

Nice area near to anywhere of Ipoh center. They property is quiet from the city Center and more private just that you need a car.

There is no sound proofing. Downstairs there’s 2 bedroom room more for family with kids but some family opposite us constantly opening the door wide open let the kids run screaming. You can hear the sound inside the room and drying her underwear on the window. 😔The downside is the noise. It’s better to stay upstairs.

The location was pretty good. As long as you have a car, it’s accessible to major spots in Ipoh. It was 2-bedroom, so I was able to have my own space for the night. Overall, it was a clean and decent accommodation.

The noise of water pipes bothered me while sleeping. Also, in the morning we found that a long row of ants were crawling along the doorframes.

Lovely room, excellent bathroom and enjoyed balcony and view. Very clean.

The property is a little out of the way, luckily we love walking so it didn’t matter too much. A breakfast offering would increase my score (currently there is no option for breakfast).

I always like tudor. This is my second time visit.

For 4 pax the quilt was not enough. If not any couple stays you may offer them separate 4 single quilts. That will be more comfortable.

The hospitality is so so great and staff are so welcoming. Great location as easy access to Ipoh Town and other attractions.

The upper room guest made noise during midnight quite disturbing.

I like the decoration of the hotel and the quietness. A very special hotel for short stay. I walked from hotel to the nearby shops/restaurant, all reachable if u like to walk. There is a triangular roof room.

One of the lamp bulb in toilet is not working, and there is no one at the counter from 7pm to 9am, only guard available.
