1. the description of 2 bunk beds, 2 queens bed is not true, they only have 2 bunk beds, and the lower bed is queen size, that they consider as the 2 queen size bed as advertise. Bed is squeaks evertime a person moves as if the bed is going to break and patches of wood seen supporting the middle of the bed, bed bugs house can be seen the wood of the bed. 2. the place outside has no landmark to identify that it is indeed a quest house, its like you travelled to the past, awaiting for a ghost to come out, completing your horror stay.outside is filthy, no parking, garbage is everywhere. 3. Bed sheets has stains everywhere, worned out colors are fading, doesnt smell fresh and itchy, we need to use our own bedsheets and pillows. 4. Beneath the bed has materials for repairing the windows aluminum braces and glass, caretake claiming they had to places it there for repairman sisnt came to repair. seriously inside the room that was rented. 5. electrical sockets is limited only 2 sockets on the wall , 1 for your celphone to charged and 1 for electric fan, and it was supported by a packaging tape for the socket is broken and the packing tape is the only one holding it on the wall. 5. Rest room is awfully bad, hairs on the drainage was seen, nobody clean the restroom, sink is filthy and toilet bowl was not clean, they placed an albatross on the restroom to cover the fishy smell and it goes also inside the bedroom, ending up your bedroom smells albatross, while sleeping. 6. Aircon is too old and cannot provide coldness for the entire room, it should be supported by electric fan so it has air inside the room. 7. surrounding os filthy kitchen door / cabinet door were tied up using a gi wire so it wont fall down. 8. Surrounding has garbage everywhere, old leaves on the floor, softdrinks/ bottle scattered everywhere. - I will recommend to be blaclist on the booking. com it doesnt fit the criteria to be a transient / guesthouse. Its not a liveable place to live.

There were shampoo, bath soap, etc. available at their toilet. Clean, not too hot inside the room and has a "sampayan" outside :)

The windows were kinda slightly open since it has see through curtain we might get no privacy but it is okay
