Everything apart from the shower. Boys were very helpful, and helped us to clean our laundry.
Shower pressure was awful, no chance of washing your hair.

The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. They were really lovely. The breakfast was also very nice. Comfortable bed too.
You are quite out of the way and the scooters were quite expensive to rent (100,000 a day)

Sitting on the porch of the 'villa' was very scenic and the pool was amazing. Also ordering the food from their menu was easy and it gets delivered to the room pretty fast. Renting a scooter was also quick. Make sure to write down what exactly you ordered and what the (agreed) price was. Amazing outdoor shower.
Unfortunately communication with the staff was very difficult in English. At the end of our stay they charged us for several things we didn't use or agreed on. Also 1 morning we couldn't leave on our rented scooter because someone from the staff 'borrowed' 1 of our helmets and would return 2 hours later.

Staff is good, pool is nice , location it's good , walking distance to 2 nice waterfall .
Noisy as is next to the road ,small room , no privacy , more like a guesthouse then villas .

the staff was really nice and helpful. surroundings are good and everything is fuctioning. location was ok.
some part of the facilities were rotten. room is not protected properly from insects. friend’s room has been occupied by bugs.

Saw cockroaches in the bathroom, almost every time. It's a bit noisy as well, but still fine though.

Convenient villa and a nice pool.
1. Roosters and dogs are CONSTANTLY producing noise -- all day and all night long. Bring lots of alcohol or Xanax if you want to sleep.
2. The location is NOT at all in Ubud. The ride to Ubud is approx 50k IDR and goes up to 100k IDR for the ride back (Ubud-Kemenuh). Add the facts that the ride is ~25 minutes and that you can't hail either Grab or Gojek in Ubud proper and have to hassle for a driver on the streets, and it just spoils the experience.
3. Breakfast (except for the great coffee) is garbage. Seriously, guys, get your stuff together.
