餐饮，早餐太难吃了，农历中国新年，竟然一点中国特色的都没有。沙发里发现一枚钉子，竟然也只是sorry，来看一下都没有。摆渡车也非常慢，等了40多分钟都没等到。灰尘和油漆混合在一起的味道太干了，刚入住是3点半左右，里面热又呛，太难受了。晚上还被呛醒

酒店的服务人员都很好，预定之后会联系客人，提供码头到酒店的接机服务。入住的前台也很热情，详细介绍酒店情况。餐厅的人员也很好，总是面带笑容。 酒店的景色很美，很出片。游玩的项目也很多，不用出酒店，都足够玩几天的。

并不是不满意的地方。是因为帐篷酒店，它本身的隔音就差一些。晚上风比较大，帐篷一直呼呼作响。睡眠轻的人慎选。

Clean. Near to activities. Service staff is friendly and efficient. Communicate via whatapp is a good idea, as good as mobile service desk.

Food quality can be improved especially since it is a resort.

Breakfast provided was okay. Not fantastic but it has a decent variety of choices from bread, to fried rice, to dim sum and even omelette. I love the scooter ride and also the hospitality from the stuff. Very eager to help and service was excellent.

There was quite a few flies around the buffet, some of the food are not covered, landing on the plates, and e.g. the fruits, so I avoided those. Another issue was that the only food available there was the Compass Rose. Not a lot of other option other than Patio Bar which is about 10+ mins walk. If you are going around 11am, better to plan lunch outside.

The food offerings are nothing short of amazing, and the option to arrange a barbecue by the Teepee tent adds an extra layer of enjoyment and experience to my stay.

Insufficient mineral water to boil water and toothbrush is not included in the bathroom. Sound insulation is poor because you can hear the neighbours talking and playing music loud and clear. Would be nice to have a TV in the Teepee but i can understand due to sound pollution.
