The staff was helpful.
The hotel isn't well-staffed, there is no receptionist or anyone who provides an orientation, we were made to pay up-front when we checked in (probably because they knew we would find another place to stay once we saw the entire place), the furniture and decor are run-down and in need of a refresh, the room was moldy-smelling and musty, curtains were ripped, etc. All the pictures make the place look amazing, but when you look more closely, you see the flaws.

Impeccable architecture, it was beautiful. However the place needs lots of maintenance especially inside the rooms. Taps leak, shower switch ineffective, no showerscreens as the water messes the wholebat, not enough light in the room, window curtains broken, cupboards are just for looks, TV does not work, no room service, entry gates closed creating at odd times without other access to our rooms. No one attending phones or door bells. The list can go on... lots of workers and there are no one managing the hotel.
It is very unfortunate, we regretted staying at this place.

World class hospitality, lavish suite, uniquely beautiful spa, very sophisticated architecture. The moroccan restaurant is excellent. I will be visiting again this beautiful luxury hotel with my family to enjoy this relaxing experience in this gorgeous Palace.

The serenity and beauty of the architecture is singular. Very sophisticated room with a ritzy atmosphere . We could not stop staring at the marvelous ceiling in our room. Very well equipped luxury bathroom. The restaurant is exquisite, we had a memorable lunch in the idyllic courtyard. Great breakfast with all the local specialties. Very friendly, professional and attentive staff. Fabulous spa with exquisite architecture.

Very friendly and impeccable service. The property is gorgeous ! The moroccan gastronomy is very refined in the beautifully designed restaurant with stunning 360 views of the Medina. Our suite was amazingly gorgeous mixing a traditional stylish design with high luxury comfort. The property is full of magnificent artworks. The breakfast is a delight. The spa pools are the most impressive I have seen anywhere. 5 star luxury at its very best !

Beautiful old palace, good view across the riad, good breakfast.
The riad is quite dirty, the tables in the restaurant covered in dust and dirty plates left for days on the side. Dinner poor and over priced. service patchy. Disappointing considering the high cost to stay here and the potential of the beautiful building.

The architecture is spectacular, the service is excellent and very kind. I loved the design of the suite with a very traditional and luxurious palatial style. This historical palace is a masterpiece blending very elegantly luxury with traditions. Everything was impeccably clean and the bathroom is very luxurious. The restaurant is absolutely delightful. It was the best Moroccan cuisine I ever tasted in a very romantic atmosphere. The spa and pools are magnificent. The spa is spectacular and the massage was impeccable. I understand why all these rockstars and billionaires all choose to stay in this palace. The location is ideal in the best area of the Medina with stunning 360 views from the rooftop. There is a direct access to the door by car which is very rare. I cannot wait to be back !

Welcome from the owner and the staff. Nice palace very unique. Place to stay if you’re looking for typical home.

Beautiful design and very well preserved old riad.
Rooms were big and comfortable.
The service was rather sketchy and I speak fluent French so it was not a translation issue.
Towels were not replaced in bathroom even though the used ones had been taken.
50% of tone there was no one at the Reception desk and 75% of the time they never answered their telephone.
The best was when we asked about a famous museum nearby and they told us it was a beautiful that we should not miss only to get there and find out it had closed FOR THREE MONTHS ALREADY for renovations.
Lunch on the terrace took two hours for sandwiches even though we were the ONLY customers and then they forgot part of our order!
Nothing but nice things about their friendliness and sweet dispositions but it was as if we were speaking to them in Chinese.
