Black mould growing over bathroom ceiling. While most staff were good, Unfortunately front of house (reception/manager) was rude and a real turn off.

The doors to the rooms are rather archaic. The bathroom is bleak and in need of new appliances. The storage is very limited. The swimming pool is not maintained.

We booked for 5 days but ended up staying for 1 month. We really love this place, beautiful beach, perfect for the little ones to swim. The location is quiet, the people are friendly and very helpful.

This hotel was perfect for us. The gardens and pool area are beautiful, the pool was perfect temperature. The staff are brilliant, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Happy to help you organise trips, taxis, scooter hire etc. The breakfast was perfect, either pancakes, omelette or fried rice, with toast, fresh fruit salad and tea/coffee. Plenty to set you up for the day. The rest of the food was good too. There are a couple of places to eat along the road but it was only 5 mins walk out to the main road with lots of options for other restaurants along the walk into town. The rooms are clean, our bed was very comfy. Small fridge for keeping drinks cold. Ignore comments below about a cockroach, it's the same as trying to keep spiders out of an English home, it has no bearing on hygiene at all. Welcome to the jungle, there are insects! Bali has been shut for over 2 years, they can't make everything new again and they don't know what will break until it gets used again. Something like 80% of the population work in tourism so there is no money left. Our toilet flush broke but they fixed it immediately, you can't ask more than that.

Location location location 😀this is a small hotel, older style with stunning views of the ocean. Bottled water provided each day, they brought us in extra. We upgraded to a larger room without any problem. You can swim in the ocean directly out the front. The pool was spotless with plenty of seating. Wifi was excellent in and out of the room. Great breakfast. Short walk into town with plenty of options for food and supermarket. Needs a little TLC but like everywhere in Bali they are working on it. Staff very polite and helpful, we will be back.
