The property was clean with the lawns and gardens well loved. I accidentally left my regs at the hotel so Ric, the owner organized to have them dropped to me in Kuta. Pretty darn good of him! Diving was walking distance away. The staff were very respectful and kind.

Maybe install a fridge in the rooms

Everything in one package and everything is of a great quality. Very peaceful and right next to a busy and dive centre if you are a diving addition. If you're into less intense and more family oriented diving experience - Ocean Sun has is all built in.

It would be good if I could leave a sign: Please don't clean my room. I got tired of pulling the sheets from under the mattress.

Well place was amazing, peaceful and quiet, I like the shower, there were no mosquitos in our room, just keep doors closed. However there is not so much thing to do around

No hot water

Diving was great, dive guide was really good and nice, also price for diving was really REALLY good! Breakfast was acceptable - we asked for cheese omelette (on the menu) with veggies, it really way nice cause slightly asian style. They organised very cheap tickets to Gili Islands and a scooter, although scooter took like 45mins to arrive.

Honestly, we were really struggling and trying hard to find good things. The staff was friendly, but spent ALL their time on their mobile phones.. doesn’t matter if you’re trying to order food or drinks, they simply don’t care or, as said, are way more interested in TikTok. The room was really hard to accept. We arrived and there were (not even kidding!) min. 60 mosquitos flying around. We killed so many icky buggs and worms etc withing the first few hours of arriving. We felt so uncomfortable sleeping or even just being in the room. There‘s a ventilator, but it‘s useless.. so slow you could watch the arms go around. The tiny shampoo bottle etc. was used before by previous guests and not refilled/swapped. There were no cocktails etc available, the wine really was horrible. The food (as said, except for breakfast and also indonesian food, which was also okay, but not near as good as good as pretty much any other place in Bali/Indonsia) was truly inedible - the burgers were simply superdry and horrible, anything „fried“ tasted like cooked in 5-day old fat.. which it probably was. Honestly, I own and run a hotel myself. If I book a 3-star hotel (simply for location, good reviews, good diving spots around), I truly do not expect much. But this was just a place where we really did not want to come back to in the evening and we were so glad to leave. There are so many amazing places in and around Bali.. but this simply is not one of them and as sorry as I am (I really do not like leaving „bad“ reviews), I just have to tell it as it is/was.

We really loved staying here. The place is pretty and very well maintained. Very beautiful bathrooms, big rooms and everything is super comfy and clean. The best thing about this place is that they care for nature and the environment. They have a water refill station so you don't have to waste lots of plastic bottles and they only wash the towels if you want them too. ❤️ Thank you so much for helping to protect our beautiful planet!

Good restaurants. food was nice. better than the resort near the beach side.
