La cabaña es muy bonita y con todo lo necesario, ubicación es muy buena, al lado de un río y rodeado de paisajes hermosos, alejado de las luces de la ciudad para ver las auroras pero suficientemente cerca para explorar Tromso y alrededores

No hubo algo en particular que no me gustara, pero me hubiera gustado saber que en esta época es difícil llegar a pie si no tienes spikes en las botas, pues todas las banquetas y calles estaban congeladas

Schwierigkeiten mit der Klimatisierung (laut, zu heiß).

Siamo andati solo a dormire, era pulito.

I bagni lontanissimi (eravamo in inverno, con il ghiaccio non comodo), no acqua vicino ai lodge. In bagno non c'era neanche un appendino per metter l'ascigamano, considerando che bisogna andarci con il giubbotto fino a là. Le regazze in receptions non molto disponibili.

L’emplacement du camping, proche de la ville et en même temps isolé . L’accueil de l’hôtesse qui était très agréable . La cabine explorer était superbe . Tout est organisé à l’intérieur , très ergonomique. La literie est confortable .

Il aurait fallu repenser l’évacuation de l’eau de la douche ( tendance à inonder toute la salle de bain après la douche )

Too much street lighting to be able to see the Northern light clearly. Infact all street light should be installed with motion detectors. Total darkness is needed outside the cabins.

Being a little far away from town.

Lovely location just outside the city - nestled between two mountains with a gorgeous view of the river and one of the mountains. Cabins were warm cute and cosy. Huge glass windows facing the river for lovely views and then the ceiling windows were beautiful at night - even saw a shooting star. We booked an Aurora tour through reception with Trine at Tromso Friluftsenter and it was the best night ever. We saw the northern lights, got beautiful photos and then even came home and saw some more Aurora green over our mountain too! Bed was so cosy, cabin was a lovely temperature throughout, I found the heater noise okay and soothing, underfloor heating in the bathroom was my favourite! Very considerate to have tea and coffee supplies available as we had brought some but used a few extra. Little kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Communication throughout was fantastic - lots of info shared via the guestbook and messages.

It was a little difficult to find in the dark on our first night but once we understood where it was we easily found it again every time.

Clean and basic cabin but ideal for our short 1 night stay. Excellent facilities on site - washroom and showers were great. The buffet breakfast was excellent. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The kitchen facilities were fine but people staying in motorhomes used this area to wash up their own dishes and the area became very busy with limited space. A separate dish washing area would be better.
