Perfect view to the ocean, best value for money in all of Palolem. We came off-season and the staff was very very kind! We come again.

I liked it. Sea view room kind of lacked the see view so I paid an additional 1000INR. They asked for 2k but I got a bargain. Even though it was end of season they still took me in and helped me get all the necessities I needed. Employees were exceptionally friendly and the store owner downstairs sold nice things for a fair price.

New Fotos would be nice.

The location was stunning and amazing.

The room was not ready for us on our arrival and even after being cleaned the surface and air con were very dusty. There was a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. When we asked the owner about it he admitted that he knew about it and had people to try to sort it but it persisted. He supplied air fresheners with minimal effect.

We have stayed here quite a few times - the location is wonderful; quiet and with glorious views of the sea. Owner and staff are great. Simple accommodation - the views are the star.

Flooring in the room needs replacing and some maintenance in the bathrooms.

The staff named shaliest who told us that he was the manager was very rude and unprofessional.

There were frequent powercuts, water in bathroom seems to run out. couldn't flush washrooms due to no water.

My partner and I arrived by pre-booked taxi from Goa Airport (GOI) with no difficulties. Pacific Sunset View is well sign posted as you navigate through the sandy paths. Check-in was quick, albeit our original room was not available, and we were shown to our temporary quarters with promise of moving the following day. The room had fantastic views, but privacy was limited between the balconies of neighbouring rooms. The next day we moved to our new suite, which was just around the corner from the restaurant. While this wasn't our planned room, it was exceptional! Large en-suite room, good Wi-Fi, good A/C, privacy from neighbours, and an unmatched view of Colomb Bay. Most days we followed the path over the rocks to neighbouring Palolem Beach (very easy) to explore the tourist hub. It was always nice to return to our quiet beach. Most of the restaurants on the Palolem side were slightly cheaper than that at Pacific Sunset, but the quality of the latter made it our favourite spot! There is also a little shop below the accommodation where the lovely shopkeeper gave me beautiful mendi. There is an ATM about 1.5km away, as well as a small bottle shop - this is useful if you are counting pennies. There is also a place to rent scooters about 500m from Pacific View, where we were able to get a scooter for 500 Rupees for the day (with 2 x helmets) - we also used this company to organise a taxi to the Margoa train station for when we departed (very reliable).

The room (Beach Cottage) I'd originally booked was not available on the first night. Upon promises it would be available the next day, it was occupied by new residents. However, the room we were given seemed superior to the originally planned room (more private), which worked out well for us.

lovely huts, good staff. everything very clean. the huts were so beautiful and beautifully furnished. we had a private beach. at walking distance we could go to the bigger beach. the market was also on a walking distance 10-15 minutes. i loved the terrace which was attached to every hut. every hut had a private terrace. the view awesome. we had a little beautiful restaurant with reasonable prices to have the first coffee and breakfast in the morning

location was good , staff behaviour was good

the reception manager was not true to his words, he promised to give the sea facing room on the first floor , but he provided some other room, where AC was not working. there were almost 50 time power cut happened, thanks to generator we survived . not sure why the rating are high for this property where there is no tissue paper , none of the washroom door locks were working and with no stable power supply for which we paid 8500rs for 2 nights during off season.

Nice bungalows in a top location (probably best in Palolem) on a little beach apart from the main beach. All the staff including the staff from the attached hotel is very nice and helpful. It is a very friendly athmosphere over all and the perfect place for an awesome stay in one of Goas top locations.

I am not usually the one to complain but after a lovely first night, the rest of our stay was awful. Next door neighbours that just checked in were extremely noisy and inconsiderate of others. The walls are very thin and there were too many people crammed into a tiny room, which is not acceptable. We weren't able to enjoy or have any privacy for the rest of our stay which defeats the point of paying for the most expensive room on the resort. The 'on the beach cottage' is not worth the price and most of our holiday was ruined because the owner allowed a large party of people to fit in a room that clearly states maximum capacity is 3. The noisy bunch of 8-10 people left us with sleepless nights and they invaded our space and privacy. However, the owner was kind, responsive and apologetic when I complained. He allowed an hour later check out which I suggested but I don't think he would have done any better to satisfy his guests as he wanted to maximise his profits. In addition, the towels had stains on them and appear to not be washed very well. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but I would put up with that for the basic room, price for the location. Its just not worth the stay when you have to share with obnoxious tourists who have no manners, litter and pollute the beach as they don't care about the environment. There should be more signage in resorts to educate and to keep the beaches clean.

Beautiful location on a private beach

Restaurant serves very yumm food, one of the beat in the area. Location is beautiful, just on the beach. However lot of stairs, not accessible by wheelchair or for elderlies who have problem climbing.

The rooms were very bad for the money they charges. Broken tiles in bathroom and room that were dangerous, a weird washbasin in the bedroom with a step that was also broken, bad maintenance of room - lizards and old fittings, awfully smelly bathrooms, old and worn off bed linens and towels. We booked 3 jungle rooms and one oceanic room. They gave one jungle room far away on top of a hill and that was equivalent to a shack. Next day they upgraded to an oceanic room and charged half for one night, this was appreciated. Do not get fooled for the pics on travel sites. For 7k a night we got really bad rooms.
