Before traveling to Marrakech, I did a lot of research to find suitable hotel. When I found Indian Palace and read the reviews, I had a feeling that this was the place to be! And I was 100% right about that!
When you arrive at the hotel, an incredible view opens up. The hotel has super employees who give 1000% of themselves so that every concern or wish can be solved in the best way. This place has a charming and extraordinary aura. It's like you've entered a Alice in Wonderland. It's more even like you've entered a luxurious Spa - wonderful smells, birds are singing and the sounds of water flows.
The breakfast is different and varied every morning. The rooms are very stylishly furnished. Housekeeping is impeccable. The location is simply the best, because it only takes a maximum of 25 minutes to go almost anywhere. A large grocery store approx 11 minutes' walk away. Pharmacy about 6 minutes away. Old town streets start right near at the hotel. Hotel has a good location, because it is located by a major road, it is safe to go there in the evening. Hotell is also very safe, we never even locked the doors in our room. The hotel has only 6 rooms and all year round heated pool. Also has super cute dogs which are super well-kept and well-behaved. Most of the time, they are not even noticed.
I recommend, it is worth going to Marrakech just for this experience.

Indian Palace is a beautiful place full of magic and charm, exquisitely furnished with hidden treasures in every corner. The staff, Mohamed and Jamal, provided superb service. We had dinner at the Riad on our first night and the Moroccan food was very good, the setting was romantic with rose petals adorning the table, and we were so looking forward to the 16 nights we had booked over New Year and my birthday on our first visit to Marrakech. Our initial impression of our room, the Superior Suite “boasting a terrace with pool views” was very positive, the bed was comfortable and the heating in the room (needed at night) was excellent. The continental breakfast served on our balcony each morning, albeit very sweet, was fresh, the open air setting under the Moroccan sunshine was gorgeous and the service was impeccable. Sadly things were not as they at first appeared or as advertised and our holiday was ruined, mainly by the lack of hot water. We flew home 3 days early quite ill and disillusioned having paid over €4,000 for Board & Breakfast.
After numerous complaints, on day 3 we spoke to Mohamed, provided him with a list of problems and said we didn’t think we could stay any longer: no WiFi in the room or on the balcony and therefore no TV or any way of communicating with the Riad (there is no telephone in the room and they rely on WhatsApp messaging); a lack of hot water for a shower or the hot tub described as “a top feature of this suite”; a security problem as two people appeared on our balcony that morning (we asked for a key to the door from steps leading to our balcony so it could be locked); the fridge (not minibar) had a static pool of water at the bottom and needed attention.
From that afternoon WiFi was available in the room/on the balcony but the other problems continued. We were told the door to the balcony could not be locked, were assured no-one would come onto it but clearly others viewed our balcony as communal - 6 days later a man was sunbathing on it when we came back to our room, 2 days after that two women were chatting and taking photos on ‘our’ balcony and despite assurances they were back again the next day. This should have all been apparent to management as there was a camera rather disconcertingly directed across our balcony and directly into our room - maybe explaining how breakfast was on its way as soon as we opened the door from the room. The fridge problem was never fixed.
The lack of hot water and having to take daily cold showers/baths (eg 3cm of hot water from the leaking bath/shower tap which ran hot for just over 2 minutes) was never addressed and eventually resulted in bad head colds with my last few days confined to bed. The wall heater was good but washing hair and shivering in a stone bath of cold water eventually took its toll. With booking.com’s intervention (following a £65.50 phone call) we managed to leave our 16 night non refundable holiday 3 days early without penalty.

I absolutely loved the place, it was indeed as beautiful as it seemed in the pictures. It was for sure a beautiful and unique place, the smell was wonderful, the whole vibe of the place was marvellous. Very relaxing and calming place, the sound of the birds on top of the sound of flowing water makes it even more beautiful. We had privacy with a balcony in front of our room giving us a beautiful view of the Riad. The people who worked there were lovely and very helpful, they always had a smile on their face and were always very nice to us. Fresh breakfasts were provided, lovely ambience. This was just marvellous.
There was nothing we disliked.

The staff were extremely welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. Whenever we needed assistance regarding our stay, the staff were more than happy to help us! The Riad is beautifully maintained and is extremely clean and tidy. I will be more than happy to recommend this place to others!

It is very well managed and looked after. The staff were amazing, helping us with dinner reservations, trips and directions. The rooms were very well appointed and clean. The pool was beautiful to sit next to and and dip into.
We loved everything, but if there was one thing that wasn’t so good it was that they ran out of beer and some wine which wasn’t replenished through out our 6 night stay.

After staying at the Indian Palace Riad in Marrakech, I have been spoiled for life. Never stayed in such a large room and been treated so kindly. I honestly felt like a movie star in a Hollywood picture. Breakfast served daily on my private balcony. Beautifully elegant setting. Only minutes from the Medina. Totally safe to come and go at all hours. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend. Taxis can drive right up to the door. A special Thank you to Mohamed and Jame and all the staff - they go way beyond to make your stay perfect! Thank you to all very much!

We enjoyed an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Riad. We loved every detail from its design as well as the vibe of the place. Indian Palace is fabulous at night with all the candles and fresh flowers. The smell of the room is so exotic, we even bought the oil they use to bring it home. The staff was so polite. Mohamed helped us with everything - from airport transfer to booking of a table in a restaurant. The location is convenient - easy access to medina. The breakfast was delicious.
I have already recommended this place to all my friends.

Indian Palace is a stunning hotel. Only a handful of rooms, so very quiet and personal. A wee oasis in the hubbub that's Marrakech! Well located for everything the Medina has to offer. Had dinner one night and it was terrific. They made a bespoke vegetarian dish for us and we had the dining room with a roaring fire to ourselves. Breakfast on the balcony outside the room each morning was fabulous. Service was always attentive and with a smile 😁.. Real 1940s vibe with the decor and jazz music.. I can thoroughly recommend the place. It's probably the finest hotel either of us have stayed.
Quite hard to find by car. Sat nav took us into the Medina where a couple of local lads scammed us a bit to park nearby and port our luggage. Turns out there's a secure and very reasonably priced car park right next to the hotel, which is right on the edge of the Medina, so no need to drive into it at all!

Wonderfull riad, plenty of charm, atmosphere and luxury. From the moment you enter till the day you leave, personnel does everything to make you feel welcome and at home. Included breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious, and for those with even more needs, many extra's can be ordered (at reasonable charge). There's a rather unique feature that you can leave the house via the 'backdoor' and end up straight into the small streets of the medina...but for those less adventurous who might not feel that comfortable finding their way through the maze ( however straightforward and safe that may be), you can also leave the riad via the front-door, which opens up to a main street leading straight to Djemaa el Fna . Dinner is optional, but we would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a home-cooked delicious taste of typical moroccan dishes, served in a relaxing and calm atmosphere. Quiet nights in lovely luxurious and huge bed ( we were staying in suite)... very limited number of rooms, true 'boutique hotel' feeling... We would definitely return !
Wifi in our top-of-the -house suite was not optimal, but signal improved when we moved to the adjoining terrace...

Durring our stay we mainly went to the medina and the new city. Most of it is on a walking distance. At night we even went to a restaurant 2 minutes walking from the riad called M bacha..which had enjoyable entertainment lovely food and was easy and close by! We felt like we had a home away from home! Overall a perfect trip in marrakech! Thanks again to mohamed, jamal and all the staff :)

Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff - couldn't do enough for us. We had dinner one night and it was fab! Good breakfasts and as it was a little chilly in the morning they lit a log fire for us every day. Our room was huge with a very comfortable bed and Moroccan style shower which was something else!
Can't think of anything we didn't like or could have been better.

Gorgeous, romantic, staff that bend over backwards especially Jamal and Mohammed. The bedrooms are exceptional and uniquely decorated. Breakfast on the private balcony was a real treat. The swimming pool was a little luxury and the sun loungers on the rooftop. Delightful fragrances are everywhere.
Note that there are small pet dogs at the riad in case of allergies.

Trip was amazing, and staff were very helpful and professional. we were provided with a map with all the surrounding locations and hotspots, that really helped organise our trip and make the most of the 5 days stay. Was enjoyable relaxing by the pool after walking out in the sun all day. The distance from Jemaa el-Fnaa - was ideal as it was very quite and comfy environment to come back to. Highly recommended and will definitely come back :-)

The staff were excellent, happy to help at all times. Our room was cleaned several times in the one day. On the last day we had breakfast served on our private balcony. The place itself is stunning. Perfect for those instagrammable photos. We loved the bright, vibrant colours and felt we had our own little oasis. The room was huge! Extremely clean and a very comfortable bed. We are already talking about returning for our next trip. The centre of Marrakech is a 10 minute walk so quiet but not too far away from the main attractions. Highly recommend!!!!

A stunning riad, within proximity of the main square, market and many attractions. The staff was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was a bit different each day, delicious and always served with a smile. Our plane was delayed but all the staff was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome and then served us a dinner by the little pool on a beautifully decorated table. We highly recommend staying at this riad. We will be coming back!

The Riad was beautiful and a welcome escape from the noise and bustle of Marrakesh . it had plenty of areas to chill out in.The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Our tv kept losing signal and that was a nuisance. However, Jamal was always on hand to fix it.
