Good location.
This place is ok but definitely in need of some TLC. Wooden surface showing signs of wear and tear. Also dust-laden horizontal surfaces indicating room cleaning is not thorough. Reception staff largely disinterested and largely preoccupied with whatever they were watching on the smartphones. Can't give this place any more than 2 stars

close to the night market, surrounded by nice bars/restaurants. staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean!
if you’re room is in the lobby expect to be very noisy. temple was opposite which was also loud early hours in the morning however we knew this before arriving so wasn’t too bothered!

The staff changed our room thrice, wrt noise. So they were trying to accommodate our needs.
Noise, bad wifi in all 3 rooms. Overall the property is pretty closed, no outside view, no airflow.

The rooms are very very run down...
My bedsheets had holes in them and the room was very small n dingy. No sunlight and no bright lights.
No place to keep anything...
Also No kettle or tea etc...

Slow boat ticket L.P. to Pak Beng is KIP 100.000, organized pick-up (group transport by tuktuk) was KIP 20.000 but commission charged by the Guesthouse for getting the ticket was 25% of KIP 120.000 which I find a bit on the high side!
