Unfortunately, the hotel I went to excitedly seeing its nature and visuals was a disappointment for me and my husband. In addition The room was in the basement. if you do not ask even when you are given the key, it is definitely not reported and you are shocked. It was a terrible experience to see the air conditioner and the building opposite instead of the view in nature. It has to be stated in the hotel system that the room is in the basement. This is a very important issue for a hotel where you go for the view and nature. Also, you have to eat breakfast in your small dark room, not in a restaurant environment. You can see this in the note that says when you come to your room! The breakfast you had to eat in the dark room was also a concern about hygiene with blackened apple slices. 6 slices of blackened apple for 2 people! It was like a boarding school! Sleeping by the lamplight complete with a spider web and a spider next to your bed was like a horror movie. We waited for half an hour for the attendant who spoke on the phone both during check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, he continued to speak without apologizing. Please don't be fooled by the photos!

The location is good.

1. I paid CAD320 for one night. The booking website shows me that the price included a sauna and outside pool. However, when I did check-in they said that it's not included and offered me the services for cad35 plus each person.

The spa and gardens were lovely. Definitely a place to come for the day and relax or meditate. I stayed the night but could only check in at 4, so I didn't have as much time as I would have like. Another time I would have come earlier to enjoy the spa area. The on-site bistro is fine for a snack or lunch, but not really for dinner. One would have to leave the site to get to a place for a nice dinner. The buffet breakfast was ok (fresh warm croissants!) but everything was cold (hardboiled eggs) and the jam selection was mediocre. For the price I would have expected something a little more special.

Oddly- the lighting in my room was not very good. There was an additional lamp in my room which I moved to the table (where I was writing) but it was still not great.

Just one Chinese man staff behavior was so rude with me , but the rest staff was so lovely.

The unkept area at the lake. This area I think ruined the whole oasis feel but the lake looked polluted anyway.

The massage was good. They were great at there job and made it really comfortable.

My husband and I finally got a night out. we got there the pool was closed the air conditioning was broken the owner sent us downstairs for a drink he was really nice .the girl at the bar sent us outside said she would bring it to us she forgot us within 5 mins . The girl at the front desk couldn't answer a simple question about supper we ended up going somewhere eles. They close the hot tubs at 9 as adults it would of been nice to at least 11 so we ended up not using the baths and pool. We get to our room nothing english to watch on TV so we watch a show on our phones and fell asleep at 10:30 . Breakfast the next morning was a disappointment they had squashed croissant and cold over cooked hard boiled eggs after that we decided to leave early i was disappointed 😞 I just wanted one night away.

if you want to relax, is a great place to go. the sauna is awesome and the nature around is gorgeous !

the staff are very unfriendly. also it is the 2nd time that I call them to refund my deposit - I left voice message as well- and they said they forgot. They apologized but my 200 CAD is still there.

I booked 2 massages from 2 weeks before my stay since it was our anniversary. when I get there, reception told me their system is messed up and no reservation is here for my massage. She apologized and asked for my phone number to give it to the owner or manager to call me and compensate the mess for me. Today is almost two month after the incident and no one called me.
