Small ! $500 a night w no tv list goes on last stay there!!!

Room was cozy and very clean. Good experience with friendly staff. Location is close to downtown.

My husband and I had the worst nights sleep. We would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor.

The historical aspect attracted me then the staff took it over the top; including an amazing breakfast! I would do it all over again!

Icicles hanging from metal front steps covered in ice. Locked entry door with no one to open in freezing cold at night to arrive and check in. did not have the room I reserved. Mocked if I had just booked 2 hours ago which I had not. Unapologetic that they did not have the room and amenities I reserved. Owner of inn hanged the phone up on me when I said I wanted my money refunded as I stood in freezing cold for 15 minutes waiting to be let in.

Great room with a fireplace and huge bathroom. House was charming and the breakfast was made to order. Location is perfect.

I was put in a different house all together which was across the street. i was looking for a property with a bathtub with jets. i had one, but it did not work.

Location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, piers, marina and bus station for tours. Breakfasts were delicious! Parking was very helpful.

The air conditioning was very noisy-needed to close to sleep comfortably.c

I just had free coffee and bagel. Did not pay for full course. Room was fine. — all I needed.

Room was on third floor — no elevator. But I booked 3 weeks out and did not know about that until I got there. Probably would have booked if I had known anyway.

We were moved from Cleveland House to Wynstone, was told the room was an upgrade. The room was tight and filled with unnecessary furniture. The mattress was truly the worst I've slept on - a canoe. I had to put a pillow in the depressed area to keep from rolling. The jetted tub, didn't work. The common area was dirty and cluttered. NO COFFEE W/Caffeine! ALL DECAF. BTW no breakfast except Fridays. It's after 8am and still nothing!

The hotel is near Washington square and within walking distance to everything which was great since there is a parking problem in Newport. It was convenient that the inn has parking spaces in the back and the staff at Cleveland Inn is very helpful and always in the Property in case there is a problem.

The bed, matress, sheets, comforter, towels need to replaced with new ones. The room needs curtains since the blinds were not enough to darken the room. The window ac was making a lot of noise. When we turned it off, the room got warm. Our room was not clean enough. There was dust and hair in various places in the room.

Awesome location

Very small rooms. Poor upkeep all around. Middle of the night 2:30am water pouring though bathroom ceiling (upstairs tub overfilled). No answer at desk and next am the manager poo-pood it as no big deal. Water flooded our bathroom and our bedroom carpet was wet inside. Got a cursory sorry and no offer to move us and ended up with a dehumidifier in our bathroom running continuously to dry things out. Overpriced without any actual commitment to quality. Breakfast was cramped room and if you want coffee or toast … be prepared, you’re gonna need to get it yourself. For $400 a night was completely disappointed by lack of service and concern. Things happen … always willing to roll with it but the mgr really just does minimum to get by and get you out of his face.

Breakfast fast was phenomenal. The staff was awesome. My husband and I hated leaving the jacuzzi behind ! We will be back next year .
