The property claims to be pet friendly! My husband is a disabled vet and has a support dog! We went to dinner and were only gone for 45 minutes and we were told that we had to leave because we had left our dog alone! There were dogs on both sides of our room and several other rooms! They refused to give our deposit back or our room rate! They also threatened to call the police to escort us out!!!!

There was nothing good about the place.
That they charge a deposit and it ended up costing me over 200 dollars for the room. They said we had excessive pet hair. When I know we didn't. We didn't even use anything except the very uncomfortable bed. I want proof of excessive pet hair and that should be a rule when keeping the deposit. Just another way to keep a person's hard working dollar

Location was great.
The pullout couch was disgusting and super uncomfortable. No blanket provided for that amenity either. Dirty shower. Only 1 trash can, none inside bathroom. They also had additional charges after we checked out like “office fee” and a fee for not returning the key card, which we did return.

great option for breakfast! saved us a lot of money from eating out for breakfast every morning. room was clean and pillows were comfy.
only gave us one room key, had to turn it in or you'd get charged $10 per key - I think you should be able to leave the key in the room but maybe that's just personal preference. late check in time.

ALL WAS GOOD, I HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES HERE, AND IT WAS GOOD.
HAD TO WALK THE ENTIRE PROPERTY TO FIND A CART TO CARRY MY BELONGINGS TO AND FROM THE ROOM. I AM DISABLED AND IT WAS HARD. ALSO SINCE I AM DISABLED I TRIED TO GET A ROOM ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR AND THEY WHERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 20 TO 30 DOLLARS MORE. I THINK ITS WRONG TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR SOMEONE WHO IS DISABLED.

Close to attractions
Room smelled like dog urine cleaning staff unfriendly washed our bed clothes because they wouldn't give our money back and they smelled. then they wouldn't return the deposit saying that the room smelled . our feet were more dirty from the floor after we showered definitely wouldn't recommend them. There was urine beside the elevator on the 3rd floor and the smell of Marijuana would knock you down. Front desk staff as well as cleaning staff was very rude and not helpful.

The door to my room was not square and left a large gap around the door. Let in excessive air and noise. Only complaint I have whatsoever!!

Can’t think of anything except could see the fireworks at the island
Only 1 key per room we had 2 rooms 5 adults it was ridiculous. Had to go to front desk everyday to get toilet paper and trash bags dog trash can was overflowing so people just quit even picking up after their pets so it was hard to walk the dog without getting poop on shoes very limited space. Parking was awful. Free pet friendly but got charged for dog hair on spread and didn’t even use it

Breakfast was the only good part of staying at this hotel.
Staff was rude, rooms will minimal and just a cheap hotel room. A little bit of that hotel stink in the room. Check in process when we bought our rooms online was a PAIN and took forever to complete on arriving. I did not look over the paper work enough and the lady didn't tell me that there was an extra $5 charge per room when we paid for 2 rooms for our big family, and because I didn't see it, was unexpected and the hotel was hugely rude and jerks about it. This hotel is not worth staying at for any reason and people should absolutely go somewhere else and spend their money. Horrible people.

Location was great. Easy access to area attractions. Nice, clean rooms. Comfy pillows. Staff was friendly.
Overall, our stay was great. Negatives would be that the room was super dark and there was no chair to sit in (only a rolling desk chair).

Great location.
The rooms are very outdated and not well kept . The staff was not very helpful or friendly at all! Was traveling with someone who needed handicap accessible room and they did not want to accommodate unless we paid more money( a convenience fee) as they called it . Called red roof guest service they were terrible and not helpful in any way!!

I am disabled and to get a bottom room they charge 15.00 more each night. They charged me 100.00 that was to be refunded at the end of my stay for damages but ended up charging me another 100.00 upon checking out. It was me and my husband and there were no damages. I took pics of the room when we checked in and upon checking out. No explanation as to why. We made sure we even removed any trash from the room to help the cleaners out. The bed was terrible to sleep on. Felt like we were sleeping on a piece of wood.

Location was great, we drove from the hotel to Gatlinburg and close to all the food and activities (if you don't mind a little traffic). Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, good place to go sleep when you're out visiting the park and things. Free pancakes next door was a nice touch though we didn't have time.
The floor was pretty dirty, bathroom could have been cleaner, a little musty smelling. Parking lot was difficult to maneuver when its so full. This property would benefit from assigned parking. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly when we arrived, bombard you with questions and charge their deposit fees. You have to bring your towels to the front desk to get new ones which was a bit of a walk.

Bed was hard and air conditioning didn't work worth a crap. They kept my deposit saying we smoked in the room and we absolutely did not! They are just ripping people off!

The room was clean and the towels/sheets were freshly washed. The hotel is on the main strip in pigeon forge.
The bed was very uncomfortable, the deadbolt on the backdoor was broken, the living area mini-split heater wouldn’t go below 86degrees and the tv in the same area only had 2 channels. Holes in the walls and plaster hanging from the ceiling. The phone in the room also didn’t work so I had to use my cell phone to call the front office. We couldn’t sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable and when I called the office at 2:30am, they offered zero help. When we went back to the office around 8:30am, we were told the manager talked to the owner and he said ‘Sorry about the bed. No refunds.’ We asked about the repairs that were needed and the front desk lady, who was incredibly rude, said she’d have the maintenance guy take a look. We went next door to eat our free breakfast using the hotel voucher and it turns out you only get two pancakes. We paid for the buffet breakfast and was given a two pancake discount for the voucher. I received a text from the hotel office during breakfast that the maintenance guy was checking on the issues in the room. After breakfast, I walk back over to the office to let them know I received their text. The maintenance guy showed me a pic of the bedroom mini-split and told me I needed to change the setting to heat. I told him he took a pic of the one that’s actually working. Then he said, oh, that one (in the living room area that won’t go below 86) just needs a new button. I asked about the deadbolt and told him we felt unsafe. He starts yelling at me saying it’s all in my head. I have video proof of the room so I assured him that wasn’t the case. He stormed off yelling the whole time. The lady at the front desk said the hotel is family owned and the maintenance guy is related to the owner so nothing will be done to him regardless of his behavior. My husband came in the office to talk to the maintenance guy about yelling at me. Needless to say, my husband was upset that happened. We were told to leave and they kept the second night money.

I thought I would like the price, but the price was deceptive.
They have found a way to over charge for everything, and they misrepresent themselves online. They fraudulently kept our pet deposit, the bedspreads were stained when we got there, (I took pictures), they used this for the reason to keep the $100 pet deposit. Looking thru other reviews I now see that this is standard practice. They will charge if you don't turn in your keys.

I had to pay 5.00 more each nite for bottom floor. Found 1 roach alive in tub (only 1) I went looking, but by restuarant.
It's a self serve motel, don't clean until you leave, if u need anything u go get at front desk.
At leaving on Oct 3 I was charged 5.00 a day for office fees, I'm like what did u all do I came n got 1 roll of TP...I don't get office fees...just another way to get more money. You put down 100.00 in case there's damage to room
They text me later that evening said they smelt pot n spot on bed...I'm flipping out cause I don't smoke pot I vape an I was outside packing up to leave. The spot on bed is called laundry. I'm screwed cause they have your card. So very disappointed an will not be recommending this motel its not upfront with additional charges.
