Limited parking

Room was great for the price. Nice,.clean, fireplace and kitchenette. Easy check in and perfect location to run the Vermont 10 miler.

Only a minor issue with the coffee packets have been used and not replaced.

Room was fine, location was good, cleaning was perfect

No salt or other freeze prevention on walk ways. Wooden steps froze over causing people to slip and fall on hard gravel, causing bruises and cuts. Warm water was out a lot, should have bigger tanks as you can expect skiers to take a shower after skiing all around the same time, should be obvious for a ski location.

No restaurant or bar at hotel…closed due to no staff. The staff at check in were unfriendly, made you feel Like you bothered her when you asked a simple question.

No services. No staff present overnight after 9 pm...

Location.

1. The woman was incredibly rude. My family and I had the flu and I tried modifying, or transferring the reservation and she basically said I was SOL. I contacted booking to cancel as we were very clearly sick, and they reached out to make an exception given the circumstances and again, the woman was unwilling to cancel or modify. 2. We got a room that the key didn’t work, we’re given a hard key (not an issue) 3. Windows didn’t close completely or lock 4. Heat was auto set to 80, the front desk man (very nice) told us to run the AC…in December 5. Room was never serviced 6. Coffee pods and creamer never refilled 7. New towels were thrown onto the bed after day 1 only (we stayed 3 nights) 8. very thin floors, sounded like a stampede between levels, side walls seemed quiet though. 9. shower nozzle was 1/2 broken so if you’re OK with low drip shower or with a bath, then… All in all, Management very clearly does not like Booking.com reservations, and doesn’t care about their patrons. Lots of places in Stowe, I would look elsewhere.

We did not have breakfast because the dining room wasn't open. However, our upgraded room was comfy and we enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and pool. We were looking for a quiet time together, which we got.

We hardly saw anyone else at the Inn, but because of the season and time of our stay it was ok. It looks as though it would be really fun in the height of ski season or in summer. Still it was nice.

Location suited us.

We were told that towels would be changed and coffee would be replaced, and that was the extent of the room being serviced ! Didn't refill the coffee in the room, when I asked at reception for replacement coffee, informed they had run out and given decafe. Most of the Inn facilities seemed shut for the season. Jacuzzi, bar, restaurant all closed. Some furniture was stained and wet, was told it had been cleaned and would dry out.
