Gracias especialmente a PIA, EMILY, y al MANAGER del hotel, de verdad hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia bellísima, todos fueron muy amables, atentos, con empatía, alegres, serviciales y profesionales. El hotel es pequeño en su número de habitaciones, mejora asi el control de atención a los hospedados. Los cuartos tienen todas las amenidades básicas y funcionales (agua para asearse, tomas de corriente, tv con cable, wifi, aire acondicionado, agua potable, etc) La zona donde se ubica el hotel es ÚNICA, rodeado de un ambiente particular y calmado En general el resto del personal del hotel es súper gentil, TODOS El estilo del hotel es colonial/ conservador, fachada e interiores son bellísimos y con un concepto ORIGINAL El desayuno que incluye es delicioso, la comida es variada y adecuada para convivir, las bebidas también, así como las cortesías incluidas Hay hora feliz diario, es genial Los espacios para comer o beber son bellísimos El hotel cuenta con ofertas de tours y servicios conocidos de confianza para turistear El hotel tiene una cultura de calma y relajación, la zona es pacífica y no hay antros ni ruidos ni escándalos de la urbe, es PERFECTO para relajarse y descansar, la mayoría de hospedados es gente adulta, poca afluencia de niños El WiFi es potente y funcional El hotel se ubica en una isla pequeña, la zona se llama Coronado, y se rodea de casas hermosas, de historia naval / militar, y cercanía a la playa. Es un barrio estilo exclusivo, de gente muy amable, muchos lugares para pasear, comprar y comer. Cerca de paseos en ferry y tranvía para visitar Seaport Village y el Centro. El barrio de Coronado es totalmente Pet Friendly

The staff was very friendly and it was close to restaurants. It was a cute little place

The Portable AC in our room kept turning off making it hard to sleep. The happy hour and hordurives was not worth it. The room price really wasnt worth the cost either

The staff was wonderful. There was a woman there, unfortunately, I don't remember her name she's originally from Brazil she has a short bob hairstyle. She was fabulous! She made our stay with her warmth and kindness. We really enjoyed talking to her, she was a gem.

The mattress is a bit too firm and they do not provide any gluten-free options. You can hear some noise from the street, but not too much.

The room was very big with a lovely leather sofa. Large bathroom and shower The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was absolutely lovely The hotel is in a quiet area but only 5 minute walk from the beach

Although we were aware beforehand there were no lifts to our room and trying to carry heavy suitcase up 17 stairs wasn't ideal

The breakfast was great, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area was extremely quiet and made for a very relaxing weekend.

The only negatives I can think of were the underground parking structure was challenging to park in. Also, the jetted tub in the room was kind of weak. Not sure it was worth the extra $ to get the room with the jetted tub.

Excellent food, service,drinks. Unexpected value and quality.
