Great location near restaurants and shops and a good sized walk to the mansions and cliffwalk. The apartment is very cozy and cute. It has an incredible spa tub and sitting area on addition to the bedroom. Parking pass they offer helped tremendously since we could not snap one of the onsite spots. This allowed for maximum exploration on foot.
The lock to the apartment did not work for our entire stay so we werent able to lock it when we left during the day. We didn't feel too bad about this since the outdoor lock worked, but obviously less than ideal. At first we could not even get into our apartment but the owners helped out via phone.

I absolutely loved this place. Its location is in the center of it all. Other than 1 day of driving the area we walked to everything. The wharf was down the street. There was a breakfast cafe Bracks that was just up the block. I would love to visit again in the warmer weather. The outside may appear plain jane but the inside is a perfect New England feel.
There is nothing I can suggest to improve. It was truly a perfect choice.

Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Beds very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. On site parking was perfect (off the street). Loved having 2 bathrooms and the location was great to walk to wharf, restaurants and shopping.
The only thing that was not perfect was the layout of the space. The "living" area was off one of the bedrooms and you had to go through the other bedroom to get to the kitchen. I would suppose it's because you can book only one room at a time and close off the other area. It just kind of made the living space unusable for our entire group (more of an inconvenience than anything). We used the kitchen table as our "hang out" area. Other than that, we had a very nice stay and really liked having as much space as we did.

Location was great. Parked and never had to drive after that. Bed was very comfortable
There was no breakfast. I was disappointed. The posts on TripAdvisor from last year showed it to be that way. I guess it sold since then and there were no staff on. And at any time. Not the warm fuzzies I was looking for but it did hit the mark otherwise.

Proximity. Loved Franklin Spa restaurant and convenience to Bowen’s Wharf festivities.
The toilet seat was unbolted to the toilet. Seat would slide off every time I had to go. That’s an accident waiting to happen

The location is amazing - walk to the best part of town entertainment! The bed is comfortable and unit was clean.
I’ve stayed here previously. The prior manager used to stock the fridge with yogurt and fruit. Miss that!
The others staying in the facility must have been smoking - the smell as you stepped into the foyer was strong. They used all of the parking spots, without permits. They came home disorderly after midnight. Not the clientele expected for a more pricey establishment.

Great location with plenty of room. Kitchen is a bonus.
Parking is a nightmare if you don't get one of the two spots reserved for the four rooms. If you don't you'll be hard pressed to find off street parking. Leave parking pass in room when you travel, they have an apple tracking device on the tag that tracks your stay and constantly beeps if you travel away from the house.

There were new owners after we made the reservation that eliminated breakfast and changed the entrance to remote electronic. But, they failed to send us the code to get in. After 30 minutes we were able to reach the new owners who came and let us in. Also there was no light in the hallways which made it very dangerous at night.

It was comfortable to have a sitting room to relax in. AC worked very well. Good location.
We were in the downstairs room and could hear people walking around upstairs since it’s an old building. It didn’t bother us too much but it might bother some people who may prefer to stay upstairs.

There was no breakfast. Also there was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee pods. We were expecting breakfast as we thought it was a bed and breakfast but there was not one.
We never saw any staff. The rooms were not cleaned and no additional towels were provided.

No longer a bed and breakfast. Now it's a low quality Airbnb. New ownership is cold, impersonal, and unprofessional - they don't pick up the phone when you need help and talk like you're bothering them. Beware of the bugs.

The size of the room/suite was perfect. The bed was comfortable and we didn't feel at all cramped. Proximity and walking distance was also great.
This was listed as a bed and breakfast. There was no breakfast. The check-in process was also sorely lacking. Matt was helpful when I called and texted me the information I needed; however, the link with booking.com was not working and it was very difficult to figure out how to contact anyone because some of the numbers were no longer in service.

Property was charming and very clean
Breakfast was promised but not delivered. It appears we received a discount by were never told by to expect it. Had to leave for early college graduation and missed breakfast. Communication is the key to success!

The property was spacious and clean. It has an excellent location. It was bright and airy.
Booking.com said that breakfast was provided. It was not. Additionally, the mini refrigerator said it provided milk and juice, but it did not. It said I would be responsible for removing glass containers, but there were no containers, so I should not be responsible for additional fees. I expected that breakfast was a meal I did not have to plan or pay additionally for 2 mornings. I had to find breakfast accommodations on the fly, which was inconvenient, so that was very disappointing.

at arrival the doors were locked and come to find out the place sold a few days before our stay. finally got in touch with someone and they gave the code to get in.. there was no staff there and no one else.. got into the room and then went to dinner. it was stated there was a parking pass and if lost it would be an extra 450.00 let them know that there was no parking pass and walked to a restaurant… came back and the code on the door did not work so called again and he said he be right over to check it out never came to check on the door after 3 hours waiting we got our stuff from the room and told him we are leaving and want our money back… have all the text messages for proof…. do not book this place you will be sorry…

The location is a stone’s throw away from Thames Street. It is an easy walk. The location itself is perfectly situated. The Knotty Suite is a lovely layout. The bath is so spacious and the spa tub is absolutely marvelous!
