Localização muito boa principalmente para sair a noite porque fica bem na rua principal do centrinho e tem tudo perto. Bem tranquilo e não é perigoso. Café da manhã incrível e super completo. Muito gostoso!!!! Toda a equipe foi excelente e muito educada. Tivemos um probleminha com nosso chuveiro e invés de consertar ou deixar daquele jeito, trocaram o chuveiro inteiro para nos atender melhor. Muito solícitos!

Great view from our room - very private and lovely helpful staff

The problem seems almost everywhere - even fine hotels - the Aircon is too loud and also the fan makes too much noise. You have to be a very good sleeper not to be disturbed by this.

Great location, quiet and cozy. Great breakfast and great service.

Hotel and staff are wonderful Breakfast is fabulous and there is the best ice cream on site.

Wish it had a pool

I liked the cleanliness and comfortable bed. Location is a big plus if you want to have a central localization for all beaches around Ubatuba. Love the decorations and interior design of the place.

We got the deluxe room on the 2nd floor with the balcony. Very nice and comfortable. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, hammock on the balcony with a little table and chairs. Overall this hotel had a really nice clean and chill vibe to it. The included breakfast was brought to us the moment we sat down. Coffee, plates of fruit, cheese and ham. Eggs made to order and orange juice. The staff was very nice and although the parking is limited, we had indoor parking most days in the secure parking lot. you are right around the corner from all the cute shops and "downtown" area. Lots of good places to eat, music and entertainment right there. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Honestly, for what this place is and offers, I don't really have any ideas for what could be improved. Maybe add a Nespresso machine in every room to make your coffee when you want one? Maybe a restaurant/24hr kitchen for room service? I'm being picky at this point.
