We stayed Villa Shivareva recently and the whole family was happy with the accomodation. The staff at the Villa were all extremely helpful and willing to assist. The Villa was well maintained and clean.

Thank you all for hosting us. Ketut has always been on time to help us with every single request. Special thanks to PUTU, when you are there and he will look after the villa during your stay you will know what I meant. Putu is a person who looked after villa and environment around every day. Prefect, thank you Putu again for your great job. If I could suggest I would change the sun beds or at least repair them, most were broken, could not adjust them as parts were missing and broken.

We, a family with 2 children enjoyed the stay very much. The service at the house was perfect and the villa manager assisted us promptly with any question. The in house cooking was wonderful with very good food.
The house and pool were very clean and sheets and towels were changed regularly.
The house is very centrally located with a well stocked supermarket within walking distance. Despite the central location there was no street noise at all.
The only criticism is the pool area. The pool is clean and in good condition but the pool surround and the wooden planks already show strong weather-related signs of wear.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Emmanuelle.

We had a lovely stay. Everything in the villa lives up to the images on the site and the staff's hospitality was as good as it gets. There are many local dining gems within close walking distance but one feels tucked away from the hubub of central Seminyak. Thank you, Emmanuelle for being a patient and understanding host.

Our stay was only 5 days it was at the end of a very busy tour we enjoyed the pool and the quiet place bar was close good pizza,shopping and many other restaurant were within walking distance the beach is a bit of a hike but taxi are at the end of the street check in was probably the easiest I have ever had the only suggestion I would have to improve is to replace wood around the pool

We had a great stay at this Villa, Myself my Wife, Son and Mother In-law. All the Staff were really friendly, And helpful.
The property is in a good location, only a 5min walk to the nearest bar and restaurant, 7min to the closest MiniMart, and about 10min walk from the Main Road, Sunset Road which has a main supermarket.
It's about a 20-25 min walk to the beach. However there will be a driver available who you can hire to drop/pick you up and arrange excursions and tours too. The cost of the driver service is really cheap.
The Villa itself is well presented and has plenty of appliances in the kitchen, fresh bottled hot and cold water, a Gas cooker/Hob.
We used the chef service for a breakfast on our first morning in the villa, and the value, quality & quantity of the food was excellent, ended up lasting is through to the next day there was that much.
The pictures in the advert were clearly taken when the Villa was first constructed. In reality some parts of the villa are looking tired and could do with a touch up, paint external walls, cracked windows in kitchen and villa garden. The loungers were good, but had previously been broken, and some of the lounger padding mats were ripped.
However these are just asthstetic, and didn't bother us, or affect our use of the villa. We had 1 issue with a broken lamp in the bedroom, but this was fixed very quickly after we reported it.
On the whole it's a good villa, and we would come back to it, if we were ever back in Bali.

Ovarall as described by the owner. I would call our stay perfect if not the experiance from the last week, when the villa was flooded. We spent almost 2 days in our rooms as we had constantly some people on side fixing the issue. When it was fixed, unfortunately the pool looked more like a like rather than clear/blue water. We needed another 2 days for the pumps start working and clear the water in the pool so we were able to see the bottom of it. When you would think everything came back to normal, the issue with the electricity started. It was constantly off but we did not want to report it as we wanted to enjoy last 2 days without anyone on the side. We asked the owner for 2 days refund as but unfortunatelly there was a complete silence. Otherwise, nice place to stay and enjoy Bali.

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was stunning, fantastic staff, stunning pool and clean rooms! Couldn’t fault it at all! Would definitely come back. Really good communication with the owner of the villa too so was east to sort things out ahead of getting there!

Our stay was lovely and the villas was exactly as advertised. We had a toddler with us and the villa is not really suitable for toddlers. There is the pool which of course is beautiful, but there is also a water moat with wooden stepping boxes from the front door into the living room which looks lovely but is not pram or toddler friendly. The staff are delightful and the manager is very service committed.

The only downside was the mosquitoes everywhere outdoors, but I guesse that’s just Bali 😊. Prepare yourself well with a good mosquito repellent

The only downside was the mosquitoes everywhere outdoors, but I guesse that’s just Bali 😊�. Prepare yourself well with a good mosquito repellent

Lovely villa
The villa was true to the photos, lovely, clean & comfortable with terriffic staff. There were a few small issues in the villa but once mentioned were soon dealt with. We found the villa to be a little further out than expected however the drivers were always available & happy to take us anywhere. Mosquito repellant & coils were a necessity to us as the villa backs onto a rice paddy.
Overall we had a very plesant stay for 4 nights & easy communication with the owner Emmanuelle as often as required.

The villa is as advertised, clean, spacious, tranquil and relaxing. There’s a responsible guard at the entrance of the lane, making us feel safe and secured. Once we entered the villa we already felt very welcomed by what we saw, the huge pool (a place we always spend the evening in after a long day out in the scorching sun)!
The manager welcomed us with cold drinks and fruits, and showed us around. Each room has its own keychain with the key to that room and the entrance, giving guests more freedom for going out and about at different times and coming home without disturbing others.
Then the rooms. Comfortable bed in each with attached bathrooms. Ample room to move around and ample space for luggage and many racks for easy storing of personal belongings. Two rooms are with floor to ceiling doors, allowing guests to relax in the airconditioned rooms looking out to the glistening pool or in the evening, the romantically lit pool. Double curtain to block lights out. The third room is with a regular door for those needing more privacy, and it also has a sofa, which can be turned into a sofa bed.
The kitchen is adequately equipped for making breakfast and light meals. In such hot weather, we literally consume gallons of water each day, and big thanks to the water dispenser which serves both cold and hot water.
Ample well washed towels of different sizes provided, a must for a villa with such a nice pool. The pool is clean and big enough for swimming as well as the whole family floating and fooling around.
The cleaning lady is also accommodating, when requested, she would come in later in the morning instead of very early to give us more privacy.
Location wise, it’s only a 10 minutes walk to the busiest area where one can find everything from restaurants to massage parlours, to shops and supermarkets, but due to the hot and humid weather, and as a family with young children, we still find it too far to do so. But don’t be deterred by my comment, the location is really very central, very quiet and safe neighbourhood yet next to where all the actions are.
I highly recommend this villa. It’s the highlight of our trip. Thanks to all the staff who helped us make us stay comfortable, and the owner and manager taking the time to answer to all my questions in details prior to our stay.

Incredible villa
We had a group of 5 stay at the villa for 6 nights and it was perfect in every way. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The villa itself was amazing, the pool is massive. It looks exactly like the pictures. Security at the end of the lane made us feel very safe, checking we are ok when being dropped off in taxis etc. We found that the villa was too far from bars/restaurants/shops to walk but we had no problems getting a driver or taxi at a very minimal cost so it didnt bother us and being located where it was made it nice and quiet at night. Cant speak highly enough, we loved the villa and will be returning in the future. Thanks again!

Stunning villa its not letting me give 5* but it really is
We have just come back from this amazing villa 5*villa and even though i have put 4* its because my phone wont allow me to click on to 5*. It looks exactly as website describes and more. The staff are outstandingly friendly and are there for your every need as are the security guards at end of road they go out of there way to get you a taxi if you need one. Out taxi driver was amazing all throughout holiday. Pool is absolutly huge and cleaned everyday as well. The staff cooks amazing food definatly got to try it. We had a 21st birthday out there and they decorated the villa again like nothing I've seen befor it was outstanding as was the birthday cake. Bedrooms all beautiful and comfy beds honestly can not fault it at all and sunshoot resturant a few min walk from the villa was fantatic as well. You can walk into the main part of seminyak as well so location brilliant as well. Emmanuelle i cant thank you and all your outstanding staff enough and we will defiantly be coming back again xxxxxxxx

Stunning villa within walking distance of the eateries and bars of Seminyak
A beautiful and well maintained villa in a peaceful location but within 10 mins walk of the main eateries and bars. Gorgeous pool with sun beds and chill out areas. Very spacious and well equipped. Friendly and attentive staff who are keen to help and make your stay fabulous. Owner communicated very well. Definitely recommend.

Amazingly beautiful!
Just got back from a five day stay at villa Shivareva and it was just as pictured. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I contacted Ketut a couple days early as my daughter and family were arriving a day early and Ketut coordinated transport to hotel nearby then from there to the villa the next day as scheduled.
Once we arrived it was nothing but kindness from everyone in the villa. We had a fresh breakfast daily which as many mentioned it’s quite a healthy serving! It was very nice of them to adjust to our schedule too, one day we told them not to worry since we had an early departure to Ubud and they just came in around 4:00 to make sure we had breakfast before leaving.
Our regards to Putu who was the friendliest of all and is great with kids, even with my youngest daughter that normally doesn’t interact with strangers quickly got along with Putu.
The location is excellent, had read on blogs how Seminyak was getting just as noisy as Kuta but the villa is nestled a couple blocks in from busy streets so it was very quiet and relaxing yet in walking distance to restaurants and stores.
Highly recommend villa Shivareva to anyone and especially to first timers visiting Bali.
My only recommendation, not necessarily tied to the villa but traveling overseas, take an extension cord with USB plugins if you’re a gadget hoarder like us. I got one on amazon at last minute and it was great not having to worry about forgetting or loosing the adapters.

Relaxing
Apart from the decking area and a few items needing maintanence/repair, the villa was well kept and very clean. Had a very enjoyable relaxing time at the villa and the 14m pool is fantasic. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the security guys great to deal with, organising cars for us in a matter of minutes.
Would recommend staying at this villa and can't wait to return again next year.

The staff really sets this villa apart. Santi was always smiling and made us a great breakfast every morning.

Pleasant and peaceful.
Apart from a few minor things, the pictures do tell the story. Comfortable, clean and a very relaxing environment. Breakfast's were great, if not a little too much. Iluh and the rest of the staff looked after the 6 of us very well and were very happy to help however they could. The 14m pool was fantastic.Getting transport was never a problem and only short walks to Restaurants etc. Seminyak Square was about a 20 min walk or $5 by car. No hesitation in recommending this Villa and the friendly staff.

AMAZING
We have just returned from 2 weeks in this amazing villa - We went as a family of 5 and it was perfect . The position is in a perfect location situated within easy walk of busy seminyak but nice and quiet once inside the villa .
We arrived after 2 long flights to be welcomed by all the staff with fresh juice waiting . Our wonderful lady arrived every morning to cook us the freshest breakfast we have ever had. Every day our villa was clesned with fresh towels to the highest standard.
The pool is simply stunning and cleaned regularly.
The bedrooms are all individual designed and simply stunning with outside bathrooms giving it a wonderful feel.
I celebrated my 50th birthday in the villa we had a meal made by the staff which was delicious and they had decorated our room with beautiful flowers .
The security at the end of the road are so polite and always smiling - which made you feel very safe knowing they was on duty 24 hours they ordered taxis for us every day and they arrived within minutes.

I can not say enough good comments about the beautiful villa , staff , food, and we honestly could not have wished for a more wonderful stay in Bali .

The pictures are exactly what you can expect if you stay here, an absolutely stunning villa!
From the moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere is instantly relaxing and the pool is outstanding. The bedrooms are great with air-conditioning for relief from the heat and the bathrooms.......well, I'd love these in my house.
A quiet area and within walking distance of main streets of Seminyak.
Would definitely recommend to other holiday makers.

Absolutely stunning place!
We are recently home from our 10 nights stay at Villa Shivareva in Bali. And honestly, what you see in the photo's is what you get! This villa is just gorgeous! We had 6 adults and 2 small children. My girls went in the pool at every second they could. I must make special mention to Ketut and Ray, who looked after us so well and helped us out with any needs. We also had a lovely meal prepared by the Chef David on arrival. The villa is very spacious, clean and tidy. The bathrooms are gorgeous! We felt very safe staying there as there is security at the top of the driveway who were also helpful. We found a few local restaurants within walking distance that we went to many times. Atm's, supermarkets, laundry, massages are all within walking distance also. I would definitely stay here again!

A taste of luxury tucked away from the hussle and bustle
The pictures online do the villa justice - if just a little bit care-worn now, the overall ambience is relaxed and opulent. The staff are incredibly friendly and there's an overall feeling of welcome.
We practically lived in the pool (in fact I didn't actually shower for over a week), with plenty of time to relax on the couches and lounges to catch up on our reading.
On a hot day, the walk to the main parts of Seminyak was a bit of ordeal, but with transport available at the end of the complex, the $4-5 charge to drive 6 of us was never an issue. We soon learned to negotiate pick up points.
If anything, we found that the cooked breakfasts were too much, but they did provide some snacks for later in the day. David's "Balinese feast" for lunch was inexpensive and the leftovers fed us for the next few days. That meant fewer strolls to the Supermarket, about 10 mins away.
In the end, our holiday will be remembered for a very long time, and we wouldn't hesitate to return.
