In response to the bad experience we experienced on the first day, they gave us a spa. Thanks... The villa is on very large grounds. Pool and room size are sufficient.

It said there is a coffee machine, there was coffee in a jar. Insects, ants, etc. in the area where the coffee is. I'm not counting things, the environment is incredibly natural. Frankly, I was surprised how this would happen during the pandemic period. Every person who comes in dips his spoon and takes his coffee? Has the spoon touched your mouth before? Is the spoon clean? How can I know..? When I reported this, the authorities did nothing. We are just employees, they said to our boss that I will convey it. Even if you don't have a coffee machine, what if you put a pack of coffee? The first night there were cobwebs in the room, it was to mosquitoes trip in the room everywhere. There is a cover on the bed, but one side was completely open, I don't understand if they thought it would be enough if they protected 3 sides. We remember with a smile now. Pillows and stuff were dirty. When the insect repellent they put in the toilet and bathroom is finished; It was very difficult for me and my wife to use the WC and the bathroom. Lots of natural environments. There are lizards and spiders everywhere. The pool was not cleaned at all in 4 days. I could never get in. The facility was incredibly neglected and old. The lock of the room and outside doors was not working. sometimes it worked. Most of the doors to the room were not unlocked.. I haven't had a bad experience with security but if I did, the hotel owners didn't stand a chance. Because no lock was working. Bluetooth speakers did not work. The one who came later also had an electrical problem. There was barely 1-2 music playing at high volume. You have to listen quietly and sit next to him and have fun. Since the facility is close to the road, there is serious noise in the room. problem while sleeping, especially on busy nights. Unfortunately, we have been in Bali for a month. For the money we paid, our experience was not pleasant at all.

since it’s a villa u bound to get insects which I’m not a big fan. but it’s just a minor set back.

beautiful house and people were very nicez they come evey morning to cook your breakfast, you can ask anything front desk will be here to help

road to access to the beach not safe. beach around not very good for swimming.

The pool and gardens were beautiful. Andy our butler was an absolute delight - cooking us delicious breakfast and helping with shopping.

bed was a little hard and got a little noisy at time from beach club and neighbours dogs.

Privacy is everything when in a villa and these are in abundance with spacious accommodation

The service was absolutely amazing! Andy was such a lovely host with excellent service everyday.

On arrival we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa, it was huge, spotlessly clean and had a fantastic swimming pool. We were delighted we chose Villa Bali Asri, we just couldn't fault it. Our son joined us from Australia so it was great we could all stay in the same villa. Any and Kriss cooked breakfast for us in our villa each morning, they are amazing. We enjoyed a spa session which was a very good price, thoroughly enjoyed it; we also had our laundry done for an extremely reasonable price. We really were sorry to leave, the villa and the staff are amazing. Thank you, we loved our stay with you.

Zero - a bit of a hike to all the “usual Bali hotspots” and shopping but I simply hopped on a bike for a lift to the centre for shopping etc. Close to a nice beach and beachside cafes too.

Nice villa. Super big and cozy. Five star service. Fantastic room with lots of art. Quiet, lush green. Spacious living room and quite complete kitchen.

Bathroom is not so clean, a lot of hairs on the stone floor (I know it's hard to clean the stones, but luckily we are normally backpackers so it wasn't any problem. But for luxurious travel it can be an issue)
