The property was spacious to fit 16 of us and the pool was of a decent size. TV and karaoke was mainly from YouTube. The staff is extremely helpful and they are around most of the time, so security is good. There is also a night guard to look after the villa. Service is top notch. We had breakfast everyday, a BBQ and Private Chef as well, which were all good. There are local massages and cafes nearby with affordable pricing.

Maybe due to the Covid and the general lockdowns, some parts of the villa needed some maintenance, such as blockage in the toilet sink and bathing areas as well as air con in 1 room. However, the staff were onsite to help whenever there is any issues. The staff was so helpful that he even helped to catch lizards in the room as one of the guest was afraid of lizards.

Rooms are spacy, communal areas are very comfortable. Overall, Property is very clean. We got exactly what the pictures show. Pool is big and deep. We have 19 people stay in the property and there is still plenty of room left. Nice!

Parking area is too small

I love everything about viola villa!! Everyday they change the our towels and tidy up our rooms. The place is close to spa, convenience store, coffee shop, etc.

Luna is super great, very attentive and helpful. she got it all ready. Luna just excellent. the place itself is wide and big, enough for my big group of people, perfect in fact. 9 rooms. 5 big bedroom on the main building and 4 smaller one next to the pool. hot water is great, towel, and all amenities is provided. however, the place is a bit old and cleanliness is rather major thing to be addressed by the management. but overall is a great stay! should stay for big group. Parking is a bit hard, cus the place is really next to main road.
