The view was amazing. The manager of the property was lovely. The best place we have stayed on our holiday. They organised a pickup and drop off for us and the scooter was ready when we arrived. Definitely worth staying here if you can!

Very beautiful bungalow, with awesome views. Comfortable bed, useful kitchen, professional and super friendly staff. No other bungalows nearby, so it feels very private. We felt really comfortable here.

Views to die for. You feel like you are secluded from the world but the staff are so attentive and on hand when you need something. Very very clean and the villas have everything you need, they really have thought of everything. The pictures you see are exactly what you get. Highly recommended.

The room might have some small creatures in it (mostly small geckos) because it’s in the nature. For those who doesn’t like that - it might interrupt. Yet - it’s an amazing place.

- no common outdoor pool as communicated on the booking homepage - no 5 star hotel as advertised on booking - very firm mattresses - no rooms service or breakfast available but menus provided where you can order in - IMPORTANT NOTE : villa has a straw roof which is not leak proof . be prepared to have all sorts of visitors . we are not faint hearted and didn’t mind the occasional gecko or spider , however , we also saw a massive rat running around the place one night which is just simply not hygienic - the villas are located on the top of a cliff ( hence the amazing view ) but you are quite far off from the centre . you will need to rely on taxis to get around - the host offered to use “ their taxi “ which we did . when they dropped us off at the pier after our stay we were served with a hefty bill for the taxi service which was not communicated neither at check in nor at check out . mind you they will charge you 300 THB per use for super short rides which is around 8€ . if we would have know this in advance we would have used local taxis instead as they will charge much less . We would have expected more in this regard from the host as they claim to have worked in hospitality themselves before and cost like these need to be communicated in advance , and not last minute when you are about to take the ferry ( mind you that you will also need to have enough cash on you ).

Free Shuttle for the way pier - hotel (not back) Living with the friendly gecko (they protect you :) ) Mosquito net on the bed, air con, fan, clean pool... Some ants in the villa, but it's nature. Not much and we get rid of them very fast. (Not much a problem for me, but can be for some people).

Beautiful place, great view

If you have some money left, it is absolutely worth it! great view, complete privacy, amazing sunrise, nice staff and easy communication via Whatsapp. Scooter rental available at the property.

A view things are a little outdated (e.g. Sun beds), but for our price okay. if you are blond, just don’t put your hair in the pool if you don’t want them to be green afterwards :D (they have water pipes out of copper)

A beautiful big villa with an amazing view. everything we could need in the villa, including a proper coffee machine and lots of complimentary water. The bed and pillows were comfy. the villa arranged our drop off and collection and a scooter so we could easily get around the island Lara who checked us in was so helpful and arranged diving and a boat trip.

The welcome, the stunning views, the villa, the air con in the bedroom, the lizards in the roof. It waa flawless.

Maybe one tiny thing.. Could have cleaned the debris from tbe overflow drain of the pool on the villa terrace as I assume the water is recycled.

Awesome location and view. Easy bike rental and prompt help provided by manager with transport and taxis. Daily cleaning. Friendly staff. Simple food delivery from a variety of restaurants

Gecko crap from resident Tokay and quantity of mozzies. Couple of nights with noisy neighbours over Songkran. Steep steps were tough with bags

The villas are beautifully presented, with a fantastic view and plunge pool on the balcony. On a quieter side if the island.

The price tag seemed high in comparison to other places we stayed in Thailand given it is a self-catered villa so no additional facilities and staff not always around. During a storm, the building flooded - but the owner did say this was being fixed. However the staff were friendly and helpful, and the fact that there are no facilities adds to the secluded feel. In general we thought it was lovely, just wonder whether it’s slightly overpriced.

The Location very good. Villa is exceptional, big ,clean , beautiful views, good and very helpful staff. Room are very clean bed are very comfy.
