Overall we liked the place and kids loved the pool. Nice to have two bathrooms and two toilets for families.

There are small things can be improved. Pool should be cleaned properly (there are fluffy stuff floating...) Bin should be collected at least once a day (We needed to bring it to the collection point by ourselves...) Sofa had better days. Middle of it is sinking, which is absolutely uncomfortable and not very seatable. Frying pans are not for IH cooker so that they don't cook properly. It would be more helpful to have more laundry ropes or racks. Although there are washing machine and dryer, more bath/beach towels would make a day easier.

Staff is very helpful and able to communicate in English This is my third time to visit this hotel. Prefer normal villas room than this room type

tatami room curtain is too loose, sunshine get into the room early in the morning. The room is also very noisy with pool machine. And the sofa was broken...+.+

There are limited restaurants and convenience stores in the area.

Villas was big, clean, and comfortable for 5 of us (3A 2C). Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking amenities (but must bring your own cooking consumables as no oil, salt, or pepper is provided), washing machine and dryer also made our stay more convenient. There's 2 showers and 2 WC, which is great for families. There's a pool, but the water temperature was too cold for us to use (it's cloudy and windy in December). The 2 bedrooms were large enough for our use (2 single beds in each room), but the tatami room can also be doubled as a 3rd bedroom for larger groups. It's also a short drive to Kouri Island, and driving to the main island is also acceptable to us (e.g. 30 min to Nago Pineapple Park). Overall, we are happy with our stay there.

Location: Villa is located quite far off from even the nearest convenience stores. It's about 10 mins drive to Family Mart, or 20 mins to the nearest supermarket e.g. Max Valu. In December, it gets dark by 6pm. The road is also quite dark at night with little street lights along the way. So strongly advise you to buy some groceries in advance if you plan to cook on your own or don't plan on taking their breakfast sets. Amenities: They only provided 1 dish cloth. Hope they can provide some extra dish cloths or table rags for general cleaning. We ended up using the boxes tissues, which is such a waste. Instructions: Villa provided only basic instructions, especially not to overset the water heater. Apart from that, we have to figure out how to operate or use Google Translate on how to use the amenities within the Villa. Would be helpful if there is some basic information provided in English (e.g. how to operate the lights in the living room, dryer, stove, water heater).

The location was quite and peaceful. The kids were able to enjoy the pool during the day and we loved walking along the water while looking at the stars. The place was clean. The breakfast was an adventure we loved to see all the new items to try daily.
