The resort and facilities
The breakfast location for pool villa guests change without notice....on our first day of breakfast, it was at nearby breakfast corner at pool villa but for the second and third day of breakfast, we need to walk to Rinjani Restaurant for the breakfast although some of us utilised the buggy facilities...

nice villas, nice pool
breakfast had quite a poor selection, but we ended up cutting our stay short because Senggigi is not a great location for travel in Lombok anymore. it is a bit of a ghost town with only 1 cafe that looked good and not much else to do. The room itself was nice, however since merging with another hotel next door the grounds were huge and the ammenities were quite outdated and underused.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
Service at Basilico restaurant was poor,
our orders all came out separately so
we did not enjoy a meal together.

Direct access to the pool from the room was amazing. Currently the facility is quiet due to redcued number of guests but all staff were extremely helpful. A large amoun to breakfast options available.
If having breakfast at the busy tiume ie 7am - 8am it was difficult for there to be full availability of items.

Great place. Beautiful sourroundings, extremely friendly staff and a very cool villa.
Nothing really. The mosque nearby played very loud music most of the night, which was a bit of a surprise!

love the friendly staff, especially Maya in reception. the gardens are amazing, our villa was so comfy and well appointed. the pools are great. breakfast buffet was delicious!
it would be nice to have some games for kids, like badminton, board games, or a pool table.

The pool was great and the staff were very friendly. The sunset views at the bar are amazing.
It was a bit empty, but that is nice too. The beach nearby is quite windy.

hot water at jacuzi was not working, techniciant tried to fix it but still not working

The children absolutely loved the long pool that they could swim all the way around. It was nice having 2 sleeping areas in the villa. The staff were friendly.
Had to pay money to rent 2 very worn tennis rackets. The A/C didn't really work upstairs because it was a mezzanine floor and all the cold air went downstairs.

The villa was nice, location was great.. the pool was cool!! Right at the back of our villa.
Their sunset bar is amazing, love the spot, ambience..
The staffs were not friendly, especially when we asked for villa cleaning, we had to wait 4 hours and lots of call until the housekeeping staffs came.
They really need to improve on the response time..

Loved the whole Pool Villa Club. The staff was on top of everything and met all our needs. We loved the wrap around pool. It was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the resort. We would stay here again and let others know about it too.
The food at the restaurants was just ok. The breakfast at the Villa Club was the best. We did find that some of the cement on the paths was raised and once or twice we almost tripped. Not sure if that was from the earthquake or not.
