The location was very lovely. The OUTSIDE of property was immaculate!

We stayed in the 9bdrm property The overall cleanliness could have been better. I saw roaches as soon as we got there. The patio furniture was quite tattered and ripped. Insufficient covers. One fridge would not get cold and the light kept going out The ice maker continuously froze up and leaked water Carpet was stained and torn upstairs. Not enough tv remotes and the ones that were available didn't have batteries and some remotes did NOT work at all. The tv services were minimal. The living room couch was stained. The screen door to the patio was jammed. Some of the carpets were quite visibly in need of deep cleaning! This was the most disturbing issue to me! And the fact that there is a $20 charge for loose trash inside the trash cans is ridiculous. All of these things makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the beds we slept in as well, especially after the world coming off this coronavirus ordeal. I feel for the price I paid...this was all unacceptable!

I loved the house. It was beautiful and all the amenities made everything PERFECT!!! They had really great concierge services from chefs to doctors AMAZING!!!!
