Location fantastic 20 meters walk to main street, we were in front villa though others were further to walk . Rooms separated for privacy if you are with other couples. Breakfast great and on time everyday - staff were beautiful and friendly.

Picky but I thought pillows were hard BUT others might like that If you had young children one parent would have to sleep in each villa for pool safety at night. The other option is 1 bedroom villa with small kids as bed huge

Wow – where to begin. Our visit, intended to be a relaxing getaway, was marred by numerous issues, including substandard facilities and a distressing incident that resulted in injury. First and foremost, the condition of the facilities at the villa was unacceptable. The room we were assigned was poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings, malfunctioning amenities (like leaking sinks), and cleanliness standards that fell far below expectations creating an overall atmosphere of neglect. While attempting to enter the outdoor bathroom, a glass door spontaneously shattered from its hinges and fell, causing injury to my partner. This incident was not only shocking and distressing but also entirely avoidable had the hotel's infrastructure been adequately maintained and inspected for safety hazards. While the team acted quickly and was able to get a doctor on site to tend to the injuries – the whole situation left a bad taste in out mouth and we decided to cut short out 5 day stay and left the villa the same day. As we had pre-paid for the 5 nights – the only compensation we received from the hotel was a refund of the 4 nights and the doctor visit. The initial offer was a 2 night refund which we protested and the hotel agreed to refund the amount for the balance 4 nights. Honestly with everything that happened, all we wanted was to leave the villa as soon as possible which we did.

location is amazing! and having your own private pool was great!

felt like it needed a refresh, our villa felt a bit damp & run down. the gardens in our private villa could do with some maintenance, the doors to the bedroom banged in the wind, you could hear the air conditioning unit cutting in & out all night.

We had been looking forward to staying at Maya Sayang for a while and just loved walking through the doors to our villa, it was gorgeous with every need thought of and catered for. Its central location was brilliant so close to everything, but we never heard the busy nightlife at all when back at the villa. The staff were just so welcoming and accommodating. Truely a secret oasis.

the layout was so practical between the rooms and pool and kitchen. the pool was lovely and accessible to bathrooms. the room service and breakfast were always on time and delicious.

although a classic design, decor a little outdated.

The Villa was beautiful, better than expected, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious and well priced. The bed was so comfortable. pool was exceptionally clean and when they cleaned the room each day they also scooped the couple of leaves from the pool. They organised well priced massages in the room which was so tranquil with the water fountain going, our best massage in Bali and we had a lot. We will definitely come back

great location in Seminyak, really lovely staff and amenities. breakfast was included daily and the staff were very helpful for all our questions. rooms were cleaned daily with refreshed towels. room service was lovely also. having access to a private pool was so amazing
