Villa Le Sirene ist ein "historisches Gebäude" in einer charakteristischen und zentralen Lage von Positano, genannt "Punta Reginella".
Um die Villa zu erreichen, brauchen Sie nicht das Auto, Sie brauchen nicht den Bus, weil es so zentral gelegen ist.
Die Villa Le Sirene befindet sich in idealer Lage, nicht nur in der Nähe eines Minimarkts, auf dem Sie Ihren temporären Bedarf an Wohnraum decken können, sondern auch in der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle, Bar, Strand und Pier.
Die Villa ist zu Fuß vom Zentrum ca. 300 Meter entfernt.
Die Anlegestelle ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß von den Stufen in der Nähe zu erreichen, wenn Sie es vorziehen, über die Hauptstraße "Viale Pasitea" in 15 Minuten.
Vom Pier können Sie die Fähre nach Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Neapel nehmen. (im Winter nicht verfügbar)

Um die Villa Le Sirene zu erreichen, sind es 68 Stufen von der Hauptstraße "Viale Pasitea".
Nach dem Abstieg führt ein Blumenweg im Schatten einer Bougainvillea-Laube zur Eingangstür. HIER FINDEN SIE WEITERE 15 Stufen, um den Wohnbereich auf dem großen Boden der Villa zu betreten.
Beim Betreten der Wohnung finden Sie einen großen, elegant eingerichteten Wohnbereich und ein Esszimmer mit einem Tisch für 8/12 Personen, ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas im TV-Bereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle , Backofen, Kühlschrank, Moka, amerikanische Kaffeemaschine und Küchenmaschine.
Aus dem Wohnbereich gibt es eine geräumige Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick, ein perfekter Ort, um sich zu unterhalten, ein Abendessen zu haben und das Panorama zu bewundern.
(Besonders im Winter können Sie einen magischen Sonnenaufgang beobachten, der die Amalfiküste und das Meer vor sich bewundert.)
Es gibt zwei Keramiktische für 10 Personen, vier Sonnenliegen und einen Sonnenschirm.
Die Aussicht ist von hier aus wie oben beschrieben erhaben, Ansichtskarte.
BITTE BEACHTEN SIE:
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Aussicht, das 2. Doppelschlafzimmer mit hohen Fenstern ohne Meerblick.
Der dritte Schlafbereich befindet sich auf dem Loft-Holzboden, offener Raum über dem Wohnzimmer, der den Blick auf die Hauptkirche und den Platz gewährt.
Es gibt 2 Einzelbetten, ca. 18 qm (Ehebett nur auf Anfrage). (siehe Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt).
Es gibt 3 Badezimmer, 1 halbes Bad, zwei mit Badewanne / Dusche, eines mit Dusche und ein WC auf dem Dachboden.
Es gibt auch eine Wäscherei mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen. Es gibt Klimaanlage und Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und mehrsprachiges Sat-TV im Wohnbereich.

Jul 2019Wonderful vacation with family at the villa. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The view from the balcony is breathtaking...you will never get tired of enjoying your am coffee ( and evening wine :) on the balcony ,surrounded by the beautiful Positano . Our hosts were helpful and attentive, and the daily visit from local kitties was a bonus! Be prepared for stairs!!! It’s part of the charm of this place and there’s little choice but to climb, climb, climb! Highly recommend this villa, you won’t be disappointed.

Jun 2019We were in heaven from the moment we arrived in Positano. Villa Le Sirene is just picture perfect. The villa is located perfectly and quite spacious. We were 6 women and the 4 bathrooms were great! The view from the large balcony is to die for. The kitchen is stocked and great for meal prep. Chiara and Giuseppe are wonderful hosts and there for us if we needed anything. I can’t recommend Villa Le Sirene more!!! Thank you Chiara and Giuseppe for an amazing vacation!!! Lucille Z

Jun 2017We were a family of 6 staying for a week. It is is the most beautiful location. The apartment was clean with a well stocked supply of kitchen needs, towels, laundry equipment. Our hosts Chiara & Giuseppe made us very welcome and went out of there way to assist us and they could be contacted easily. Chiara made us the most beautiful tiramisu. It is very private and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. We had a wonderful week there and highly recommend Villa Le Sirene and our hosts.

Nov 2016We spent a week in at Villa Le Sirene. Very spacious and clean. Chiara & Giuseppe are extremely friendly, helpful and punctual – they arranged transport of luggage, helped with parking and provided a large fruit basket, wine, limoncello and a wonderful tiramisu.
The villa is as described and shown on the web. Excellent location. The small store 2 min away by stairs provides everything you might need. Balcony is spacious – we had every breakfast and dinner outside – even in late November. Even in off-season many restaurants, galaries and stores open. Highly recommended.

The villa is exactly how it appears in the pictures, no surprises. Plus the A/C’s all work very well! We were a family of two adults, 3 teenage girls, and two children. All of us had plenty of space. We even made dinner a few nights. Kitchen had all we needed. Little grocery store right above stairs. Did not want to leave Positano or Villa Sirene.

Apr 2019We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Positano at Ville Le Sirene. It was perfect for a large group of friends. The view is spectacular, the balcony perfect, and as long as you are prepared for the stairs, I would not hesitate to recommend!

Apr 2018We enjoyed 7 glorious nights in this beautiful villa. The views and location are even better than we could have expected. There is only a short walk to the beach and a lovely grocery store one short set of steps away. Chiara and Giuseppe were the most gracious hosts and were available at any time if we needed assistance. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, lemons, strawberries and special Easter treats. We were truly treated as special guests in their home. Everthing you could imagine is provided, from pantry items, to kitchen utensils and beach towels. It is the best supplied vacation rental we have stayed in. The beautiful vertical city that is Positano is truly the pearl of the Amalfi Coast! Our family of 5 was so grateful to spend so many lovely days together in this beautiful, spacious villa with the most spectacular views from our very own veranda. Thank you Chiara and Giuseppe for an unforgettable holiday. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

Jun 2018The villa is exquisite. Sits overlooking a famous church with a mosaic cupola. You can watch town light up at night from the terrace. We had dinner and breakfast there. Many steps down to a wonderful beach and adorable boutiques. Perfectly located for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Hope to go back someday!

Aug 2019The location was high enough for impressive views but not too high to make it inconvenient. Since the villa was not directly on a road, the setting was quiet with good privacy. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The owners, Chiara and Giuseppe, were attentive and accommodating. Things that we wish that we had with us....night lights and water shoes for the pebble beach. Also, be prepared to walk up and down the steep roads and steps in Positano. Thank goodness we have good mobility and are in good shape so we welcomed the exercise to offset the impact of too much pasta and gelato.

We loved painting the view off the terrace! Friendly hosts, clean, spacious and inviting. A must stay when visiting Positano. We highly recommend this villa!

Sep 2022Right from the very start Chiara and Giuseppe were the most gracious hosts. The home was lovely and clean and so very spacious. The most magnificent part was the balcony where we spent many nights overlooking the beautiful city of Positano. Giuseppe let us help ourselves to the lemons, figs, tomatoes and basil growing his garden. Chiara was always accessible if I had a question.
There was full disclosure on how many steps down to their apartment from the main road was. It was worth it!

May 2017Our family of 7 had a fabulous time at Villa Le Sirene. The unit was beautiful, well-appointed and maintained, clean and conveniently located to everything. There was plenty of space for all of us. We did not want to leave our balcony...WOW! What views we had on the balcony of Positano and the Mediterranean Sea. The owners are charming and very hospitable. They are very helpful in pre-planning (making suggestions and recommendations of what to do and transportation). You feel like you are visiting family in Italy. They left a basket with wine, fruits, coffee, etc. to get you started in their unit and then show up on your doorstep later with the best tiramisu you've ever tasted. We can't wait to go back. Thanks Chiara and Giuseppe for making this a trip of a life time! Thanks for helping my daughter plan and execute an unforgettable birthday party for me and my husband!

Apr 2018I feel so fortunate to have discovered on VRBO this beautiful and perfect Positano apartment for our family vacation. It is located in the center of Positano with stair accesses to both the main street above and the beach below. Chiara, the apartment owner, was very gracious and attentive and provided for our every need. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to stay in Positano and in need of a large and generously furnished apartment.

Aug 2018I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in this villa and our hosts Chiara and Giuseppe. The villa was wonderful, with views even better than the pictures can portray. There was more than enough room for 2 Adults and 3 Teens. Everything was clean and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, if needed. The AC units worked great, although most mornings we opened all the doors to allow the ocean breeze to cool us. Chiara and Giuseppe were so welcoming, leaving us fruit, wine and coffee upon our arrival, making us feel like family staying with them. They allowed us to pick tomatoes and basil from their garden, which we used one night for dinner. They were both readily available throughout our stay and even checked in with us once or twice to make sure we didn’t need anything. Chiara was very helpful arranging a very early am porter to help with our luggage at our departure. Keep in mind, there are about 70 steps up to the street level, but the views are so worth the climb (and gave us the extra exercise needed to allow ourselves gelato nightly). Once at street level you are only a few feet from a small but efficient grocery store and many very good restaurants very near by. There are many more steps DOWN if you want to go to the beach, that can be reached in about 10 mins or so. The walk up is less fun, but mostly shaded and not very steep. You can also walk back via the street, which takes a bit longer, but no steps and you can stop in the many shops along the way. Chiara responded quickly before and during our trip and was helpful giving us transportation and tour info (we did a Walking Tour of Positano with Gabriella per Chiara’s recommendation and would suggest this tour to any who wants a great tour of Positano in a few hours). Our trip to Italy took us to a few locations, but the entire family decided this was hands down their favorite villa we stayed in a favorite location. I can’t wait to plan our next trip back and will definitely stay with Chiara and Giuseppe again.

Apr 2018Five college friends stayed at Villa Le Sirene and enjoyed every minute. The villa was lovely and spacious, with several beds and four baths, and very centrally located. Chiara and Guiseppe were amazing and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Positano.
