Beautiful location in the rice fields & friendly staff who were very accommodating.

Our recent stay in Uma Giri was a truly remarkable experience. The staff was warm and friendly, the Wi-Fi coverage was reliable, the rice fields were stunning, the warm water was invigorating, the rooms were pristine, and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The Wi-Fi connectivity was seamless, allowing me to stay connected throughout the property. The picturesque rice fields provided a serene backdrop for relaxation and reflection. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The attentive service and genuine care of the staff made me feel valued and well-cared for. In conclusion, my stay in Uma Giri was a perfect blend of exemplary hospitality and natural beauty. I highly recommend this place for a serene and blissful getaway.

The staff are friendly & very responsive! There's a short walking distance to the villa, the staff are very helpful & assisted us with our bulky luggage in/out. The villa situated in the middle of paddy field, nice view, quiet and peaceful place to stay in.

We have uninvited friends (birds & small snake) during the stay. However, the staff assisted us very quickly when we called up. The cleanliness at the kitchen can be improved.

the kitchen was not up to scratch and the time it took due to traffic to get into town was too long. there were spiderwebs in the bathroom and no conditioner. the kitchen tap was broken, looked like the place hadn’t had any maintenance

Amazing jungle resport. Villa was spacious and much nicer than in photos. All area surounding and the pool left us speacless. On top of everything staff is so friendly and helpfull, you fell like they can arrange all you need and beyond. Special thanks to mr. Pande who helped us with outlr transfer issue. Bit remote from Ubud, but ir was an advantage, stll easy and cheap to reach by using Grab or scooter.

Would chose Batur villa next time, as Baturan is on the walkway to other villas (althoug there is separate path) and some times feeled not so privat with people walking past open windows.

Plenty of privacy with fabulous view. It is a very long rainforest walking path to the property. Which is an unique experience worth to try.

Upstairs fence has potential risk for young kids. Too easy to climb over.

A beautiful location. Not the greatest area to go walking. Very spacious accommodation. The staff were accommodating with the use of the shuttle. You need it to get into ubud centre. Very comfortable bed. The $10 breakfast is pretty average. A great cafe down the road called Mango we found does very good food and coffee

This is a large villa away from Ubud city center. The property is in good condition and the setting in the middle of rice fields is fantastic. Possibly you want to ride a bike or drive to be able to move around whenever you want.

This is a true gem! We’ve been everywhere around the world but we seldomly stayed in such a great place. Everything adds up. It’s way better than the pictures describe. Perfect price quality ratio. Excellent location near Ubud, amidst wonderful rice terraces, but also in the Balinese jungle, next to a gorge with river and with beautiful landscaped gardens. The staff goes above and beyond to provide a service that’s equal to having a butler, they are continuously in contact via whatsapp to make sure you have everything you need. It’s super clean. The villa’s are very spacious and are fully equipped and homely decorated. Great indoor / outdoor flow. We highly recommend this place for people who do not need to stay in a resort (Uma Giri has only four villa’s and no bar / restaurant).

The single bummer was that the accommodation is no longer offering a restaurant, so despite the description on Booking.com guests can only enjoy breakfast. We did however not mind as there are two good and cosy restaurants within 5/10 minutes walking distance: a traditional restaurant and a more culinary restaurant, both provide take away service and the hotel staff is happy to arrange this. Also note that the two bedroom villa has separate entrances which is not ideal if you travel with young children.

Me and my wife booked one of Uma Giri's One Bedroom Villas for our 9 night stay in Ubud. It was our honeymoon and we were worried that spending it all in one place would be boring. "Serenity, Simplicity, Luxury" is their Moto and honestly they live up to that. From day one we were pampered and treated in a very friendly and welcoming way. From Management to room service they took care of all our needs. Everything in the hotel is top notch. Even the manager Mr. Diwa took us on a free tour of the city. Also the designated hotel driver Mr. Komang was the best he drove us anywhere we wanted to go with lower rates than the cities taxi and was the friendliest. Special thanks to all Uma Giri's Staff specially Nia and Tia they are the best.

Nothing Everything was just perfect.

The scenic views of the rice fields were surreal. A real exposure to nature. Great location to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee, comfortable beds, outstanding staff, very kind, helpful and eager to support anything we needed. They were a delight & absolute highlight of our 3 weeks stay in Bali. The villa is a close drive to a lot of the main attractions in Ubud. The food was delicious & very elegant. Great value for excellent fine dining. Thank you Uma Giri for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back sometime.
