Wir waren 12 Tage dort Die Auswahl des Frühstück ist beschränkt Kein Müsli… Prinzipiell ok Baguette + Croissant wurde aufgebacken Sehr schade! Diese wurde leider nicht Tages frisch geliefert Obwohl es hier auch so was gibt….

A bit remote

A must visit place for a family or friends get togethers. The villas and the rooms are spacious, the breakfast has enough variety to last you a week and the inhouse pool is spectacular not to mention the view from the top of the mountain villa. You get to see the rising or setting sun from the same spot which is quite amazing. Kate, the manager, was such a darling and took care of everything with professional aplomb and her team is a bunch of jolly women forever smiling while professionally going about their work. A big thumbs up to Kate and her team.

What is there to not like...its an amazing place and amazing people

Very warm welcome by our sweet host Kate. She and her colleague kindly explained how everything worked in the Villa which is amazing. We were very well taken care of and the communication through WA was fast and efficient as well. Breakfast was amazing too! We absolutely loved our stay.

Amazing spa and pool villa.

The location is too far to walk to the town, especially as there are no footpaths. The locking of the main door needs serious improvement. Firstly it cannot be "locked", just "blocked". The blocking is in a way that, when one person leaves the villa and "blocks" from the outside, the people in the villa cannot open the door to leave! And vice versa, i.e. when you are in the villa and "block" the door, people returning after you cannot get in. It is also a bit annoying that the bedroom door automatically lock when you close the sliding door. It would be much better if there was a button to press to lock.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location and the layout of the villa with swimming pool was beautiful

No restaurants within the premises, the pool water was so salty. The villas are on a hill it’s steep to walk to the rooms

The Villa was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The pool was lovely, overlooking greenery and the sea. Had a stunning view. The bathrooms were outdoor but had high walls around it so you won’t be seen from any direction! It was lovely having a shower and being able to hear the birds chirping. The location was close to the airport but you can’t hear any planes, there are small restaurants nearby but we didn’t try them. The centre of Chaweng with bigger more restaurants, seven eleven, souvenir shops, etc is about 15 minutes walk but feels like a lot longer in the heat and humidity. But we spent a long time of each day in the villa as we loved the pool and views and the occasional massage! The stay at the villa wouldn’t have been as good without the brilliant staff at the property. Kate, is super helpful and no ask is too much. She organised an 18th birthday cake for my son, decorated his bed, ordered the food that he liked for us for dinner and set up the table outside. She made his day even more special. Kate and her team are so friendly, polite and were always there to help.

Nothing really but maybe could’ve had an extra tea towel in the kitchen a few extra condiments!

Everything was absolutely brilliant, the staff did everything possible to make our stay perfect and were so friendly and helpful, they really could not have done more for us. The location was just stunning as was the villa, the view was beautiful and looking towards the sea from the pool made it feel like we were in paradise. The facilities in the villa were perfect as was breakfast which was served to us at our convenience every morning and everything you could possibly need was provided for you.

The highlight is definitely the infinity pool, the views and the privacy you have. In addition to that, I also liked that breakfast can be ordered in the room. The staff is super friendly.

Best place in all of Thailand

If you go home by taxi the taxi driver will try to scam you if you want to go up the hill (taxi driver does not work for eranda!!! Eranda do not try to scam)

Warm and efficient staff, super clean and comfortable room and pool, kitchen and fridge equipped with pantry essentials, it was just what we needed for a relaxing and fun stay!

The beds are too soft. I couldn't sleep well and unfortunately, there was no solution other than sleeping on the floor. Additionally, the water pressure is super low, you barely get wet in the shower.

We had an amazing stay at Eranda villa! We stayed at 2 bedroom villa with a sea view! We are traveling in Thailand for 20 years and this villa was the best we ever stayed! Very clean and comfortable villa with 2 bedrooms . Very nice stuff, we had birthday Celt and they helped up with that . Very friendly stuff, amazing vita deals breathtaking view. We love every minute stayed there, will be definitely come back! I can’t wait!

We really enjoyed staying in your beautiful Spa Villa. We love the pool, the living area and the bedroom. It’s very comfortable. We slept well. We will be back soon and cannot wait. 😊

that I couldn’t stay longer

The swimming pool was great, both day and night. Big bedrooms, soft bedding, comfy pillows. Big living room combined with kitchen, possible to cook. Spa was also great (scrab+wrap). Floating breakfast was the highlight of a stay (even though a bit pricey)

A lot of mosquitoes, so taking a shower or going to the toilet was a battle. Property is on the hill so need to hike or wait for a driver

from the very beginning the staff were lovely and welcoming. they organised airport transfer for us, and when we got our villa it exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was stunning, and had an amazing view. The staff were contactable at all hours and assisted with many things such as obtaining full moon party transport and hiring mopeds. the included breakfast was 10/10, and we got to select meals which were brought to us at whatever time we would like.

Where do I begin…. prior to travelling to Koh Samui, I was in contact with Mas the Manager and she was very helpful and answered all our questions whenever we required. When we landed they sent us a car to be picked up which was very nice and our room was nicely decorated. The Villa is absolutely breathtaking, very clean and perfect for a family, although it was only two of us, it felt surreal. Waking up to the sunrise and the view looked like heaven on earth. Me and my wife had the best time. Mas and her team are one of the best people I’ve met and they made our experience more amazing. We will miss you! I recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have a nice stay and experience the best customer service. You will not be disappointed! You should also try the floating breakfast there, it’s a beautiful experience. Mas is always available and will also help you plan your itinerary and give details of hiring services for vehicles, actives etc so you can have the best time! The Eranda Spa is also amazing and feels like your in another world! I created friendships here with the staff at Eranda which is a memory I’ll always remember. Thank you Eranda Team!

the hill was a bit of a climb for a 72 year old

1. I liked the staff friendliness, professionalism and cooperation. 2. The design, size and ambience of the 3-bedroom villa. 3. The kitchenette configuration and its kitchenware. 4. The sea view.

1. I didn't like that there was no restaurant nor any outdoor facilities in this property. 2. There was no nearby beach, restaurants, supermarkets nor any shop. 3. The steeped ramp access to and from the villas which are dangerous for walking. 4. The open shower with its inconvenient shower head splashing water all over the bathroom.
