Distance to beach was an easy walk we did appreciate the beach wagon. The location was good for shopping and getting to activities.

Place wasn’t clean dead bugs and ants found crawling in beds. Rugs didn’t look swept and appeared just to be dirty. Shower curtain looked old and USED shower curtain rings were rusted and gross. The tub had a soap scum ring around it. Very little supplies only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 trash bags really? Ice maker barely worked. The upstairs tenants were obnoxious and loud which I understand you cannot change but seriously it sounded like the were doing major construction all night till 1-2 am! Walls and ceiling must be paper thin and without any insulation between them. I could hear them talking ! And no I didn’t take pictures you know the place wasn’t clean or stocked.

easy access to beach and the host was great

Great time, used the bicycles to get around (there is a tire pump if needed) very short distance to the beach. There was a marriott that you have to pass through to get to the beach and they had a sort of tiki like beach bar there with food and drinks. I felt like that certain part of the beach was more quiet than the others it seemed like anyways. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I would highly recommend using the bikes to get around most all places had a bike thing to lock the bike too. There was a place called Wild Wing Cafe that had the best wings we ever had before and drinks were more affordable there. Live band was playing. Would stay again.

Well maintained. Close to beach. Amenities were available. Well thought out.

The location to the beach was fine. It is not far. Riding the bikes on the beach was very enjoyable. The South end of HHI has more to do than the North end. This is close to the beach, shopping, dining, mini golf, etc.

Unfortunately, when we rented this unit we were not informed that this is a downstairs unit. The person upstairs was VERY loud and woke us up VERY early every morning. That information should have been disclosed to us before renting. We NEVER would have rented this villa. The people before us put the dishes away dirty. There was stuck on food on plates and lipstick marks on mugs and glasses. We had to wash all the dishes in the unit after traveling over 16-hours to get there. Very disappointing.

Our contact Tricia was fantastic. She always promptly responded to our phone calls. She would come over and try to solve our problem.

Unit was clean and nicely decorated, neighbors were really nice.

There was nothing to complain about!
