Tasteful design aesthetic and a luxury Villa experience. Accessible manager and reasonably prompt friendly response.

Frequent power outages, though rectifiable by generator, marred the smooth living experience. Owners car parked right on the porch of the Villa almost abutting the entrance door was not in good taste and clearly a loss of privacy. This property is in the middle of nowhere in sense of walking around for sightseeing. There is nothing to see within 20 minutes of walking around. The property manager had only one car service agency associated, the owner of which was arrogant and somewhat uncooperative, considering we were guests. So we had to organise our own car service through Google searches etc. There is no Vodafone network inside the Villa. Only Jio works.

we really enjoyed our stay.....it was luxurious experience.....all the amenities very top notch. villa care taker were always available and made sure we had comfortable stay through out our stay. specially Mrs.Sherill was very helpful and made sure our stay is comfortable. Also Villa owner Mr.Shalini is very cooperative and made sure we had good stay. Wish we could stay more.

I was planning on staying in Goa for only a few days, and I had this place booked for only one night. I had to extend my trip due to some unforeseen reasons and was thankfully able to book this place for another night a few days later. I really have nothing but good things to say about this place. It was clean, easy to access and had all of the convenient features that made it feel like I was at home. The host was wonderful and made sure everything was taken care of to the highest standard. I recommend this place for anyone in planning on visiting Goa.

It was a beautiful property, nicely decorated, very clean, and very well located. The property manager and staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t have changed anything except we wished we could stay longer. Overall an amazing trip!! :)

An incredibly clean, safe, and beautiful villa, with unique theme based bedrooms and multiple beautiful, relaxing, and sunny terraces to enjoy at any time of the day. There was always someone to help organize rides, provide help with food or laundry, and assist with any other concerns throughout the entire stay which made out time there that much better. Traveling with friends- there was a spacious living area with games and a large speaker to enjoy all together. The villa's location was very nice- it gave you a quite and safe space to come home to while being a short drive away from all the interesting places Goa has to eat or any of the dance clubs, which were only just a 15-20 minutes away, as were the beaches like Vagator, Anjuna, Morjim.

Liked the villa accommodation thoroughly during our stay. Every room was spacious and well designed, and the decor and the fixtures in every room was very upscale and it seemed we have walked right into a fully furnished villa. House keeping was prompt and was of good quality. Additionally the manager Ms. Cheryl was also very gracious and always helpful.

The only challenge is this place is far off from beaches, it takes approx 30 mins to reach Baga or Anjuna. But if you have a car with you, then it is not a big issue.

Property was very clean and all the facilities were at their best. Shalini and cheryl were really helpful and made our stay a pleasant one.

We were welcome by Ms Cheryl (Manager), she handover us key and ensure we have pleasant stay. She was always available on phone. We found the property same it's in photographs. Villa is situated in peaceful community. Wonderfully maintained property. Rooms are of decent size and well furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped and operational. Beautiful flower pots are placed on terrace. Big swimming pool where we had fun..

Great location, really pleasant and clean and spacious rooms, all rooms equipped with minibar , Tv , safe box and restroom, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the host Ms Chery ,she was incredibly helpful and generous with her time and advice. We travelled with 3 couples and lots of luggages this was one of the nicest places we stayed during our travels , Highly recommend , Don’t miss it, Trust me
