The room was so dirty and full of cockroaches, bathroom wall cracked and no safety box. We checked in at evening and must cancel and find in the night another service as all rooms were fully booked from Homes Asian. They promised full refund but didn't do it. They even didn't response any messages anymore...

They show nice photos but have a lot of appartments, looking more old and different. We had one which was old and it looked that they never cleaned sofa or carpet. So the cockroaches were running in bedroom, kitchen and living room. It was discusting...no safety box for belongings, bathroom wall had cracks and hanging down. Not good service from owner as never replied after this horrible encounters with bugs and dirt. Only one guy named jack tried to help, he was nice, he was the only nice thing there... really poor to handle things like this for long time customers, as we stayed many times before there...

There’s a problem with the washer. Room flooded with water, and no hot water for shower. Not suitable to bring kids

Easy to buy things 7-11 and mix store is just beside

Really lot of cockroaches and doesn’t let us know which way to get our key, quite inconvenient,And the heater spoil and because of FULLY BOOKED can’t change room and request to run up and down to shower. BAD EXPERIENCE and I will spend more a little to get a better stay!
