The location is very convenient. All famous places can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The suite is modern, clean and very comfortable. Francesca is always kind and helpful, and ready for every need. Great experience!

Rooms and decor are nice.

We arrived with our family of 6. We were told we couldn’t stay. We asked for a refund and it was denied. We stayed with 4 people which was communicated via email, bookingdotcom, WhatsApp and the housekeeper. 2 of our family arranged alternate accomodation. This would have also been verified by the security camera pointing directly into the living room of the apartment (!!). However at 7:30pm when I was in bed with my 3 very young children I heard a noise and the owners were forcibly entering the apartment with their master key! It was UNBELIEVABLE and such a breech of our privacy. Never have I seen such a level of unprofessionalism and I have travelled extensively the past 20 years. After an argument they left the apartment. If that wasn’t bad enough, 5 minutes later I heard a noise and found the lady loitering at the door! Her husband was embarrassed and tried to move her on but she was steadfast in that she was going to sit by our door. We didn’t feel safe and I should have called the police. I had to put the small table across the door at night. On the second day we left the apartment again to find her loitering by the front door. The audacity was incredible. Besides from the obvious written above, the building smells a little in the entry and Netflix is really a pretty basic requirement in 2023. There is no kitchen sink and also only paper cups provided.

Absolutely amazing - great location to all the must see tourist attractions. Super clean, comfortable and well fitted out modern apartment. We loved it. Could sightsee till late afternoon, then walk back for a well deserved rest and get out of the heat. Batteries charged wonder back into town for a lovely dinner. The team were absolutely brilliant from suggesting restaurants to tips on what to do. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again without any doubt. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you!!
