People was very nice and accomodating.
The place was peaceful and away from noise.
Just beside The Ruins, walking distance!
You can take a tour within the shoreline.
Bantayanons are very honest and friendly!

During rainy seasons was flooding in the market!

The rooms and facilities were perfect, very clean, new and comfortable. I can see the effort that the owners put in to maintain the place and make guests comfortable. Looks pretty much brand new actually with perks like free pick up, kayak and bike.
It is very near the ruins as well - right outside.
My blood pressure went up after talking to Ging the manager and security guard Aniban. In fact im skipping work to go to the hospital after a supposed vacation. I didnt know that we need to wash dishes and get out at exactly 11am else we lose the deposit. I told the guard we had kids, we are still eating and wont be able to finish cleaning as I was still eating at 1015am. The guard replied you "still have time to wash the dishes" so I spoke to the manager who said it is the policy and its common sense to clean - I said i booked this via booking.com and nowhere did it say that i have to clean and wash dishes after paying almost 200 dollars for this booking. They have 11am to 2pm to clean thats why they did not allow us to check in early the day prior and was very strict about it because they need to clean. We have kids and both the guard and ging were very inconsiderate and rude!

The apartment is very spacious and the view is amazing! The location itself is not in the center, but perfect if you want some peace. The apartment is located right to the ocean and we enjoyed to swim and enjoy the sunset there! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! A perfect place to stay at!

I like the place itself,it's very clean, spacious,modern and away from the crowd. you got everything you need. its like having the comfort of your home away from home. the staffs are very accommodating and helpful as well so thats a big bonus.
maybe the internet, havent finished any movies on our 3day stay because of poor connection. but this isnt a big deal really. i just couldnt think of anything else.

I liked how the property felt exclusive. It's perfect for a chill stay with peace and quiet. The apartment was bigger than we imagined with two floors. The master bedroom upstairs had an amazing view of the sea. We had everything we needed for our 3 day stay -- cooking utensils, plates, cups. There's a store a bike ride away where you can buy simple things to cook for breakfast and alcoholic drinks (can also be for breakfast). You can also grill outside meat or seafood you bought from the market.
If you're bringing kids that want some fun in the sand, this isn't the perfect place. The beach access inside the property is deep and best for taking quick dips; especially nice if you can swim. Otherwise, they have floaters you can borrow. There's little sand in between the rocks during low tide though, good photo op. The property, I think, may do better having a small pool in the empty lot.

The property was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessities.
The air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms which made four extra people have to sleep in the living room. A private beach was advertised but there was no beach, just steps into the water. The location was too far away from shopping and restaurants. The staff was on the grounds were rude and not helpful. All three bathrooms had water leaks that kept the floors wet and were a hazard to walk on.

The location was very appropriate for family especially with kids as well as groups of friends.
There wasn’t enough water supply especially the toilet. But the hosts were able troubleshoot the issue.
