I loved everything.
they had toys for the kids , and kids plates, a high chair for my youngest , which was really convenient!
I will absolutely be coming back!

owner took a deposit of 85 USD and as explanation provided info that it took more time to clean the apartment than usual.
OWNER, first of all deposit was supposed to be for damages in the apartment not for cleaning, the list of things which cannot be done which we received on the day of arrival was so long that it seemed already suspicious. Owner did not leave enough garbage bags and detergent to wash dishes and complained that there were some things not thrown to the garbage and some dishes left in the sing. Owner does not realize that apart of having privileges he has also some obligations (you took more money for large family). Better to avoid if you have other options in order not to spoil your holidays.

Ximena the owner is great person she always replies. When needed her....the apartment is located ate the end of the condominium so no noise no cars nobody bothers you I slept like an angel for the six nights ...and once they were expecting hurricane 8n Florida ximena texted me...she was worried about us but it was weak and nothing happened but I liked her attitude....the apartment has everything you need even sugar coffees...food seasoning everything. To cook ...there are 2 bathrooms also functional....lots of shampoo.... hairdryer....towels.... everything...it is perfect
There is an office at the entrance of ville de sol ...só there was a Brazilian lady working there so she asked me where am I from and I told her I am Brazilian so she denied...and insisted that I am Russian!! Although I spoke Portuguese and English to her but she was racist I guess anyway I can show her the passport and she wasn't helpful anyway

The hosts communication was excellent- any problems were quickly resolved. The apartment was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. The pool at the complex was lovely.
Nothing to do with the apartment or the host - the only thing we didn’t like was the new security system to enter the complex - great for added security but we had lots of issues with it and so did a lot of other people staying at the complex as it often didn’t work properly. Hopefully these are teething problems with it being new and will be resolved soon.

I liked the decor and the set up.
I didn’t like all of the rules and the virtual security guards. They were extremely rude.

perfect apartment, had everything anyone would need, close to Disney Parks and shopping, gated community , safe for families, clean and police patrolling day and night, would recommend and would love to come back.
very uncomfortable Beds, only reason I gave a 9 out of 10. mattresses could use updated

Great location, only 20 minutes from all Disney parks.
Beds were a little too hard for us but after the second day of walking Disney we got used to it.

The apt was really nice everything was up to standards. Big rooms & comfortable beds.Nice neighbors and quiet at night.

The Apartment complex does not enforce their animal Rules .First day I was there a husky dog tackled me scratched my arms trying to get to my small Chihuahua dog and the owner was like 2 buildings down just walking taking her time..mean while my dog and myself were frightened.So the next day I walked my dog at 7:30 am and there was dominant pictur dog was just running around by the kids park area...3 day the same dog was in between the building just running back & fourth.I saw that and ran back upstairs..so I drove out the complex to walk my dog.I reported it to the office both times and they send a worker to tell me to call the cops.. but on their paperwork says anybody found without a leash on will be fine for it.

I don't like the owner in this apartment the I find any excuse to hold mi security deposit the last excuse shi find has missing the the key card for the pool I send the booking. Com and to the owner from Disney apartment pic and video the key card hanging behind the door this not nice not return mi security deposit 100@
