Absolutely nothing
We were in able to get into the property after a scheduled outage and the contact Tony on the phone was disgraceful. Locked out until 1.19am , no refund offered , actually declined

Location was a but far from the center but it was nice and quite. All facilities were very convenient to use.

Great location, lovely apartments. Check in and out was easy.
Exhaust in ensuite bathroom fell out and was dusty. One of the cleaners let herself into the apartment on two occassions without knocking while we were there. Cigarette butts in balcony garden.

Perfect location for attending a wedding reception nearby. The apartment was well equipped for self catering and a coffee shop is on the doorstep. Convenience store and bottle shop across the road. Close to the city .

Beds comfortable, bathrooms great - basic equipment in the kitchen. It's a good space with plenty of light.
The place is surface clean but could do with a deep clean - inches of dust on the ceiling fans need attention. We had a text to say we would get the key code at 2pm but it didn't arrive until we had called - this happened on both stays that were a month apart. - A hassle that is not really necessary

The location is terrific with cafe, pub, general store, post office, boutique and bottle shop in the same street. Easy access from anywhere in Newcastle. Quiet street and property. Full kitchen, laundry, and the consumables to use in the kitchen and laundry more than one sachet - terrific to do more than one load in the dishwasher, really appreciated. Off street parking provided (at cost). 2 story building with lift provided. Ease of entry with codes provided well prior to check-in.
Unfortunately, the floors had not been cleaned in the apartment from the last guest, which really surprised us as we have stayed in other sites in this group many times previously and they have always been really clean. It must have been an oversight in this instance.

plenty of room for the family, reasonable facilities nearby, great sized fridge and TV. Excellent noise protection (solid windows) Balcony was huge
no broom or vacuum cleaner, bathroom fan was putrid, not much to work with in the kitchen, rangehood didn’t work, no balcony furniture at all.

great location, and the apartment was quite spacious. Reception staff was very helpful with enquiries.
The furnitures needs a bit of a clean, sofa needs a major wash.

after waiting outside property for an hour to get in and waiting for phone when finally got in and went to our room it was still dirty from last guests bed not maid dirty towels in shower.then had to ring number again as nobody at property ,was given another room and when tried new code still could not get in door after numerous calls finally gained entry room was not clean top Doona had stains of who knows what on it I hate to say this but it should be called disaster on Quattro

HAD TO CALLED THE OFFICE TO GET CODE TO GET IN 30 MIN BEFORE ARRIVAL
CLEANLINESS AND MISSING FURNITURE EG: NO HAIRDRYER NO CHAIRS TO SIT ON AT THE TABLE, BROKEN TOWEL RACK SINK BLOCKED IN MAIN BATHROOM THE APARTMENT WAS DIRTY WITH COFFEE STAINS ON KITCHEN CUPBOARDS THE CEILING FANS WERE PUTRID WITH DIRT AND SCUM WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS APARTMENT.

Close to all central Newcastle. Grocer store just across the road. Modern and welcoming location. Cafes and food pubs in extreme proximity. A choice of Parks in close proximity
Cleanliness could have been better, but nothing major. Maybe it was not done 100% since we had arrived to check in but apartment was not ready. Another ambiguous thing was that The fridge would not open /sealed shut once closed until a few minutes passed, every time it was closed!

The apartment was not as nice as it looked from the photos on the site and it needed a good clean. The toilet was unflushed when we arrived and a used tootbrush was left out.
