The property caretaker did do her utmost to rescue our stay by moving us on the second day into a different room that actually matched what we had booked and paid for.

On arrival we were told that payment by card was not accepted despite card payment being clearly advertised by the host (see 1st picture). The following items were listed as part of the Penn Room’s online description, but sadly they were all MISSING from the room: - hand sanitiser - tea/coffee maker/coffee machine - bathrobe and slippers - conditioner, instead there was a used, empty conditioner sachet left by the previous guest in the shower cubicle - enough body soap for a 3 nights stay, - kitchen trash can - alarm clock - toaster What we found impossible to accept was that the advertised “well-equipped kitchenette” contained virtually nothing to cook with, not even a single knife, no cutting board, and no cooking utensils and that we were told that we were NOT ALLOWED to cook inside the Penn Room. Why does the owner advise a "well-equipped kitchenette" if guests are not allowed to cook? The bed’s mattress was heavily sagging in the middle and should have been replaced years ago, a child’s camping table served as dinner table and a super-soft folding mattress as dinner chairs. To show how much care was taken in making us feel welcome, please take a look at the last 2 attached pictures, showing the dust on the shelves and the used conditioner sachet left for us to find in the bathroom which smelled of sweaty feet. The owner of the Penn Room clearly fails to maintain the room in a suitable condition and blatantly MISLEADs guests with the room’s UNTRUE online description.

So Neat and Clean. Super relaxing and smells good too. Peaceful. Great view and perfect weather to relax after a long hours of work.

The convenience and the cleanliness of the room, overall from checking in to checking out, the transaction is fast and easy. The place is convenient from the restaurants and marts and it's easy to locate. The wifi is also incredibly good. I just suggest changing the curtain because when the sun strikes, it can easily pass through the curtains. There is free coffee :)

The parking, you actually have 2 options, pay 350/ per night for an overnight stay inside the building or go for the 150 multiple-entry open parking but you have to walk 10-15 mins from the unit. I also suggest bringing your drinking water.

THE BED! The moment you lie down on it you woundt want to get up anymore! We even wanted to buysame bed for our own. Ahaha

Seems the sheets was not that put up well. Or maybe just because the bed is special, regular sheet wont really fit well on it.
