Lot of rooms big space.Good location close to supermarket and all major attractions.

They are missing some utensils like water heater or caffe maker, very limited amount of glasses, and other kitchen utensils.

property size was good for us 7 people…rooms were clean,location is very good…totally enjoyed the stay…

The apartment lacked the small things that make a good stay great, no kettle or coffee making facility, no basic condiments (tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc. no cleaning equipment provided. no washing up materials for hand washing. No flexibility with check in made to stand outside in cold for one hour.

Very spacious apartment in a great location - 5 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes to San Marco. Perfect Venice view over a canal from the kitchen window. Celebrated my sister's 60th birthday here for 5 days and we loved every minute of it.

A few minor niggles: the hot water in the shower was hit and miss/temperamental. there is no kettle provided. Heated the water for our cuppa in a pan. No lift. Lots of steps up to the apartment. A bistro table and chairs on the balcony would be a bonus. We lifted the kitchen chairs out onto the balcony. The apartment advertises a balcony and terrace but we just had a balcony, while the upstairs apartment has a terrace. None of the above spoiled our stay.

Advertised with balcony and terrace. No balcony, the small terrace was on roof and was quite dangerous to get to. The availability of dish/counter cleaning clothes would be beneficial.

I’ve booked this apartment for myself and a group of friends to spend NYE holidays and it turned to be an absolute nightmare: - before paying ( they send you a link to pay outside booking platform which is agreed by booking with no option to get your money refunded) I’ve asked whether we could have move our stay in case of any issue with covid or travel restrictions and they answer was YES ( I have a screenshot of their message). Unfortunately 2 of our friends contracted covid just before Christmas and they were isolating and other 2 ( myself and partner) could not go as we had some travel restrictions living in the Uk. I have phoned them immediately before Christmas to ask the favour to move the stay to any other weekend of their choice, explaining the situation, and the answer was a big NO. They would have done it only in case the total group of 8 was tested positive and would have showed a positive test to them ( breaking any privacy/GDPR rules) which was never mentioned before. We then asked at least if the 2 people who were self isolating ( we sent them documents from the Italian health system proving their positivity and isolation period) could have been reimbursed, at least part of the stay and the answer was a straight no, worst customer service and rudeness ever experience. - The 4 people who ended up going found themselves in an horrendous situation: a totally crumbling apartment, literally falling into pieces. The all apartment was dirty, dust everywhere with dirty sheets ( blood stains), hair in the sink and bathtub, the air-fan was covered in dust and mould. The kitchen wasn’t equipped at all. The worst situation you can find yourself especially during this difficult time with the pandemic where hygiene should be top priority. - My friend put a review on Google and they replied saying they could not recognise his name and reservation ( they had his details from the online check in I made). They have lied again!

Perfect location; ease of entry at night; roomy house; great views, especially from the roof.

Somewhat strange arrangement of beds, tables, and places to hang clothes. Was not expecting it to be on the top floor.

Stunning apartment with great location. It appears to have been a merchants palace in the past. 14 foot ceilings, marble everywhere, large and beautiful rooms. Minor maintenance issues fixed the next day.

The size of the apartment, the WiFi was ok.

This is definitely not a deluxe standard!!!😡The technical state of the app was just an embarrassment. Cold water, the state of the shower was also a tragedy, the air conditioning was incredibly loud and didn't function at all. The amount of toilet paper we were give was also a joke - 3 rolls for 5 people for few days. The kitchen was so poorly equipped, the wasn't even a sponge to wash the dishes with, let alone any sort of dish soap or kitchen paper. The person sleeping in the living room wasn't given a pillow as well. Overall incredibly disappointing standard for this price.

Great location, great view, big apartment. You're practically in the center of Venice with a great canal view. We were surprised how big it was. You can cook, you can eat together thanks to a big family table and have a movie night, either in your bed (tv in every bedroom) or in the living room, with two couches. We definitely reccommed :)
